Hey I am using ths phone 4 a year now n never got a problem.yes smthms u wont like the pics taken wit flash but overall being a java phone it a great package wit it gud big screen (being a slider u dnt generally such screen).4 people who say it has very low sound I wud want to say tht its not a music phone.for me I think it a gud phone to bye.

sony ericson hazel...people said that it has no andriod even though Ihave planned to buy this phone isn't ?good or not? Iam afraid whenever my parents get this phone for me.I hope hazel can be touchscreen or qwerty keyboard one day......but the price???

I've been using this phone for 9 months...I never had a problem with it. But at 9months using this phone i've got a problem on it. The display is having a problem when i slide it up the display shows any color or boxes i cannot defined, when i play the a music and i full the volume and i heard some noise.
Then anybody can tell me about what im going to do to fix this? is this a flex problem? Hayyy :(

to those u want loud volume sound n enjoy listening music please by a new phone types WALKMAN(w)..or buy a speaker to connect with this hazel phone..speaker not so expensive..huhuhuhuhu

this mobile is such a bad mobile that i have ever known and evr used.. i am totally disappointed by this mobile... the flashlight in the camera will not give clarity for the images... speaker will not be good... dont buy this mobile.....

Very very bad phone. WiFi connectivity is absolute like P1 computer. Very very inferior gprs/3g connectivity

Very bad phone..Please do not purchase.
I have purchased the phone for 10,800 in the month of jan 2011. Really very bad experience with this mobile. Please go for an android rather than using such phones.
The speaker volume is very low. You cannot enjoy the music..
Please do not waste your money by purchasing this mobile.

it is a very low sound speaker phone and the music player have not adjust the music eqaliser. some of the mistakes have been disapointed me.
