AnonD-10832, 27 Jun 2011does elm also have the same reception strength like hazel?I think both are the same when it comes to signal reception, although I am not sure because I never had an Elm. But hardware wise both are the same except Hazel has a better screen and a front videocall camera, also pricier =P

I've been using my SE Hazel for 3 months and now i have the problem with the speaker, i cannot hear callers' voices and same goes the receiver, they can't hear me. Moreover, my camera is not working now. Anyone tell me what is the problem with my phone. is it the cable?

it is very nice phone but ( i can not write in arabic == no arabic language in setting & writing==

Just bought Hazel 2 days ago. Replacing my Samsung Jet (which was stolen). Looking for a slider, and fell in love at the first sight.
With a price 1/3 of the Jet, the Hazel does not disappointed. In some area, it even better than Jet. For example, Google map works better in Hazel - smooth and fast.

i have been using this phone for a while bout a year..and i just update my phone and suddenly i have no delivery report..i have change the setting n yet no report..i used to have report..is it the phone problem or network problem?

Anonymous, 25 Jun 2011okay exactly how bad is the network reception ?? apart from... moreI've been using Hazel for a year now, when you look at the signal indicator on the phone on older firmwares it is usually at just 2 or 1 bars, reaches max 5 bars when you're in a good reception area. But I don't think it is accurate, I never had a dropped call or even a choppy signal, call quality is actually nice even on 1 bar.
By the way on the latest firmware R7CA065 this signal issue has been fixed, I get constant 3-5 bars.

okay exactly how bad is the network reception ?? apart from all the fancy ( yet cool ) features it is basically a phone. so it needs to able to make n receive calls . when u say poor reception u mean dont get all the signal bars or u cant hear clearly, can anyone specify ??
