But I dont have problem with signal reception, because I also use X8 and some other phones as my backup... hahaha.. (or am I using Hazel as my backup of my other phones? hmm...). Just diverting my number in Hazel to X8 and.. voila! Problem solved. Eh...??
Whatever, but apart from this reception problema, my old r7ba076 f/w Hazel has been my great entertaining device - awesome multimedia for music and video (I use sennheiser headsets or altec lansing 2.1 active speakers for my songs), great camera for outdoors events, helpful GPS, fast internet - about 10 sec to download 1 Mb size of picture from the net... and many other good things i've been experiencing with this phone, that's why I still not need upgrading my firmware to the latest! (dont change the winning team)

dear hazeler,
please solve my query about camara.
when i capture a photo, it save after long momment,in the result the picture that captured is different from desired view. but in the samsung wave 533 camara saves the file immditely when just press the capture key. please tell if there is any settings in hazel for that fecility.

have you ever even updated your firmware? lol so much hate for Hazel, don't be a troll =P
latest firmware is R7CA065
menu is zippy.
signal reception is improved.
my navigation keys are all fine none are faded, my Hazel is almost 1 year old now, all keys working fine, no problem with the charger and headset.
the only thing I agree with you is the included headphone is bad, which is easily solved by buying a pair of QUALITY earphones. Hazel is a good music player, only lacks a 3.5 jack.

both elm and hazel use exactly the same camera module. both are excellent in daylight but poor in lowlight. :)

as u said it has got network problems can u clarify that? I mean dose it shows emergency only most of the time or low bars? I have read some different opinions, they r saying they can talk crystal clear even with one bar and no prob in texting as well. It's cost around 9500 INR now in sony showrooms along with 2 gb memory card, and has got descent features. All i wanna know how serious is the network problem and have u updated ur ph? and which network r u using? thanks in advance. :)

Plz dont go for hazel and waste ur money go for some other brands smart phones at this price they will have marvelous features.Hazel's features are totally dissappointing while on hands,i wasted my 12,000 on this mobile.
1.no loud audio even we cant hear the ringing sound. 2.headphone is totally wate.
3.process is too slow.
4.navigation costs very expensive after the trial period.
5.The navigation key and call keys fades and look extremely ugly.
6.very poor network quality
7.My charging slot have a problem,charger and headphone is not connecting to it.
what can i do with this phone if i want to sell it they are ready to take it for only 3,500. SONY ERICSSON SHAME ON UR BRAND

Better go for smartphones like Symbian S60, Windows Mobile or some Android if you want to work with your phones.. As far as I know, in my opinion camera image/video quality was very good in class..

nippi, 05 Apr 2011I love the hazel except as a telephone it always shows emer... moreNo need to restart the phone actually, the phone will immediately recover the signal if it catches 25% strength of transmission, but if you think you want to "refresh" the network connection, just switch between gprs/3g and gprs only networks

Hazel .........model waste ....as spically singnal problem .........cam is only good .......and other model headset not suttable in hazel .........
Totally waste ...DON'T BUY HAZEL......
