My sony ericsson hazel gets blocked often when I start calling someone or when they are calling me, is it a software problem? Also it is not turning on. Some times i must remove the battery because there's no other way to turn it off after it gets blocked, and, when I put the battery back again it doesn't turn on, I have to put it on and off hundred of times in order to find a lucky position so it can turn on. It's getting me mad, I send the phone to the specified person for phone problems but he didn't know how to fix it. Help please!

I can turn on without sim and its written insert sim...but after insert sim it so lag hanging to the sony logo....cant work anybody please help...

I'm using dis mobile past 2 yrs. Very fine and smooth processor. Even i used more than 8 app at a time but the phone didn't get stuck a bit..though music player is poor tat can be managable.. I luv my mobile more than android. Miss u sony ericsson

its camera quality is far better than the sony smartphones these days.. the same 5 MP camera of sony sucks, when you compare it with the sony ericcson camera.. and the mega bass option is a treat to your ears.. could have been an awesome phone if it supported whatsapp ..
