i'm sony ericcson user for the past 6 years...
coming to hazel:
i'm using it for 3 months before i had a xperia mini, i changed it due to the reason that xperia mini has a poor battery backup... coming to hazel
plus:
5mp camera is good and have a better quality.
the mobile supports mp4 video and aac audio formats.
its has good performance.
front camera is a plus.
wi-fi is good.
7.6 mbps 3g speed
minus:
poor battery backup
have signal problems
headphones provided with the mobile is not good.
lack of 3.5 mm jack

i've read in GSMARENA review that the Hazel doesn't support streaming through wifi (as u tube).. Is it correct??

i've read in the review of the Hazel that it doesn't have micro usb port or a computer cable supplied...
are there any pc software (like OVI in Nokia) to deal with Hazel..
hope the users reply fast.

my sis has a slider of SE, she's a heavy user, and she didn't face any problems concering this point

i'm a nokia user for 11years now, but i've decided to change my choices to SE after i found that nokia's prices became so high though the models are no longer of the same quality..
i searched SE and i'm choosing between Elm & Hazel..they have the same options except that Hazel has a bigger screen2.6 & a secondry camera and Elm is not..
But many comments said that Elm's camers is better than Hazel, so i'm asking its users to tell us is this true or not..

I am using this phone for last 5 mnths,truely speaking never ever faced with software bugs. I dont knw hw u peoples r facing problem! Thats nt all,i have z550i for last 3years and 4 months, k330 for last 1year and 7months,never had any pblms with this phone. As frm my advice try to re-install its software using sony ericsson update serive from p.c. Otherwise let me knw wt software bugs u faced. I will surely help u.

this phone is terrible, lots of software bugs, i hate it, only 5mega pixel, the software lags a lot, i hope users should tell the truth becase admit it, its worst,im be ciles!

The mentioned headsets are completely duplicate. Original of both will cost 2000INR [77] and 3000INR[82] approx. Try in Sony ericsson exclusive showrooms.
