Hazel is cheap phone and do not expect TOO much out of it. It is JAVA phone not an Android. You are complaining too much. You have to conduct a review on internet before buying it than wasting your time here.
I am having this phone almost a year and it performs just like what I expected... and I am loving my Hazel just like I loved my K300 and K800.

I have a hazel and it takes long to send, open and recieve messages. And sometimes it hangs. Please help.

dont purchase this phone its working fine for 2 month after that its not being boot with any BSNL SIM. with starting the navigtion app its getting hanged. what to do now any one can ans me....!

Have been using the phone. Overall it's good.
The following problems exist:
1- Power consumption issue. You need to charge it every day.
2- Poor sound quality. Don't think FOR A SECOND that this phone would work like a Walkman. Very low Bass on the speaker, the headphones and over Bluetooth, and can't control volume when connected to Bluetooth speakers.
3- Somewhat laggy. Isn't as snappy as my old W700. You'd have to wait for it to exit Opera Mini and return to the standby screen for example.
The following are positive points:
1- GREAT display. The sunlight legibility, contrast and colors are so good that the display wipes the floor with every mid-range Samsung phone (Like the Wave series, Galaxy Ace, Galaxy Fit, Galaxy Gio, etc.)
2- Attention to detail in the OS. Very user-friendly.
3- Very good specs for a feature phone. Has WiFi, A-GPS, Accelerometer, plus front-facing camera.
Don't listen to those complaining about the rest. Those are very unlikely problems and I haven't encountered them.

hey am using dis set for 1 yer... If ur going to buy dis hand set, den plz change ur mind... its total waste of money... i got following issues,,
1 . widgets are totally useless.. not working.
2. sound has very poor quality..
3. the facebook, twitter apps whre not working.
4. cenot login into any account using the default html browser.
5. no HD vioce. bellow avg perfomance.
6. it hangs alot.
7. wifi is not working.

hamannpeters, 05 Aug 2012I haven't had any problems with it. I love it Hazel.Same goes here. I have been using this phone for more than a year. It's working perfectly fine. I LOVE HAZEL!

Guys,I suggest plz don't purchase dis phone,it's just a waste of money and der r many problems regarding dis phone such as there is no 3.5mm jack,charging problem arises,no security password no inbox password,no memory card password,poor music player performance with no repeat option for songs,and cannot set the equaliser,and only one of the memory is accessible i.e phone memory contacts or sim memory contacts.

I have a problem with some applications, they just stoped working. For example, Tracker application cant find satelite, it's showing "searching for satelite", but it never finds. Anyone have same problem? Can I find some updates for Tracker application?

Its a good java phone.Superb camera,special mention to the photofix option.
Main drawback is that it don't has a security keypad lock facility with password protection.
Good display.Poor phone cover quality.
