I have this phone from last 8 years. I cannot need to repair it. I am happy with this phone. And also use it with my laptop as a mouse. This is an awesome phone.

At 6 years old, and being second hand, its the best phone I've ever had.
Great battery life (still on original battery). The battery life is one of the best features for me. 3 days without a charge is very nice.
Easy to navigate, although as well known, the joystick can be a pain.
The stick actually got quite faulty at one time but it came back to life and has worked perfectly ever since.
With the ability to take snaps, check my email and do light browsing, its so handy for the boring user like me who only wanted a phone to speak and text people with.

i have been using this phone since its release and so far the only disadvantage is the browser joystick which died pretty fast
