Owned nokia 6230 (with 512mb card)and decided to try this for a replacement.have to say,camera is ok but features lack those of 6230.not really impressed.can apply themes but somehow,mp3 msg song keeps cutting off after a few secs,can anyone help?seriously considering keeping 6230 and selling k510a.

You can enable instant messaging (My friends) using free service from http://www.yamigo.com or http://www.smartvas.com . My friends is an embedded IMPS-compliant chat applications in K510.

I was a hardcore Nokia user & K510i is my first ever SE.Its a fantastic decision cuz K510i is a perfect piece of production.It basically has everything that an average user needs.The features are very much user frinedly & smooth.The color combination is perfect with compaq sleek design.Its a tech savvy feature packed mobile.The only disadvantage in my view is the battery life & there is no lens protector on the camera(Anyway I dont mind charging the mobile every other day).The rest is fantastic & I am really satisfied about my purchase.

Initially I can't find the way to make recurrent appointment, such as to remind about paying monthly bills, using K510 calendar. But I learn, it can be done using synchronization. Set the recurrent appointment thru free sync server (o-sync) or ms outlook, then do synchronize. Now, K510 is perfect! not to mention its java midp 2.0 & bluetooth support.

I got a k510i last week,I think it's a good cellphon;because you have a complete phon(with having 1.3MPix camera,Bluetooth and etc) and pay less money!

I bought K510 1 month ago,i have resume that K510 is good value mobilephone.
The price in Indonesia is US$ 120, good enough speaker (but not the best), best 1.3 mpix camera (u have to sure that the object of the photo you'll take have enough light,the quality of the photo can beat any other 1.3 or 2 mpix mobilephone),enough memory 28 Mb ( you have to transfer data to computer if memory near to full),good bluetooth (u can transfer data to computer via bluetooth and you can use K510 as remote control for you PC), good picture/photo and video viewer (can view in full screen and rotate), the shutter sound can be muted only in silent mode, the last K510 is best value mobilephone

I have had the SE K510i and I think it's the last SE mobile that I buyied, I'll never try a SE again. Stand-by 30-38 hours at only 20-30 min talktime, an a signal that dissappears every 20-30 min, no matter the location, consuming the battery. If I ordered it a new search, the display were happy to show me full signal, and after 30 min lost the signal again in the same location. The phone was 2 times in the service, for 4-5 weeks, came back with same problem (I wonder if they tested the phone at the service?). Good-bye, SE!

eemmm... i've juz bought it about 5 hours ago... i fell great using it... it juz nice.. and i fully recomend it too people who wants a simple but great phone...

is the display really so bad?? i think no, cos who of normal users cares about how many pixels are there? as i know SE, display (even if the resolution is so low) will be great
