I successfully flashed my k530 to w660 and i get the walkman player,megabass,greatsound,mp3 72 channel,usb 2.0, etc from flashing to w660 are done by the given steps in the www.akshayy.com.

i bought this mobile 2 weeks b4.some features r there which v will not use in india.... and one more thing...4 so applications it is askign 4 set up. battery back very low.better to go 4 another mobile if anyone is planning to buy mobile...and
sound quality is also not like v think about sony mobiles..and many more....

i juz buy sony ericsson k530 2 weeks ago... but now i cannot startup my phone.. i dont know wat a hell problem..even i m not use de phone fully. pls advise me.

It is voiding the guarantee 2 flash k530 into w660. Betta g8 an original w660. It got nicer design and whats more? It has white color!

yes it is true, K530 and W660 having the same facility but additionally W660 has walkman player,if we flashed from K530 to W660 ,we also getting walkman player.It is the superb idea.i got the flashing guide from http://www.akshayy.com/sonyericsson/crossflashing/flash-k530-to-w660/
it is realy a best one to get walkman player in K530.

When comparing with NOKIA N70,N72,N73,N76,6680,5700,6110,3500S,3500C,...SONYERICSSON K530 IS THE BEST BEST PHONE except Symbian but dont worry sony ericsson K530 contains JAVA(J2ME, JAVA MIDP) for more software downloads for K530.so sonyericsson K530 is best best ...

yes you can recieve call when the 3G is runningit belongs to class A,in my country my phone covers max amount of 382kb/s and minimum of 337kb/s.it is very nice phone at its cost level.

Me too! Ithought they were just copying Nokia phones like N95 etc. but what i was surprised to learn here is that it does exist. Well be very carefull when buying I guess... I bought mine in a legit distributor of Sony Ericsson products that's why its still has a factory warranty of parts and services courtesy of sony ericsson

Oh no, you have cheated with duplicate K530.you r the only one who affected by this problem so go and buy the ORIGINAL new k530 from the original dealer,which will work in the superb condition.
