lukent, 06 Aug 2010How to solve the problem "operation failed" once ... morei had the same problem,with my phone a month ago when i was trying to open games it said the same thing,and i updated my soft and everything went fine after i updated,but u have to save everything u have in it on pc because it`s erase all u have on the phone.hope i helped you.

Hi I'm in Cebu, Philippines. I just want to know what's the problem with my K550i phone. I have used it for years. And now, the keypad is not functioning. I made it repaired in the cellphone shop nearby(not in the Sony Ericsson Customer Care Service Center) but still it doesn't work. What can I do? How much will it cost to have it repaired?..plese help me...

the K550 has a very good performance of battery not like the others. I have this phone and used for almost 3yrs...

i m using this handset may 2007 omwards.Till nw i m using it.I like it so much...At the time of my purchase aftr reachng home.I m disapointed bcoz of its keypad.But aftr 1 month use i realisd that it is the best keypad evr used.Typing text is too fast.I m chating with my frnd using gtalk aplication.Chating is so fast.
Whn i ws not at home,I m conectng it with my laptop for workng as modem.i m geting 16kbps dwnlod speed with edge netwrk.
The only drawback of my k550i is its camera.cam is not much gud as expected evn of se branded it as cybershot.horizontal lines showing.
I love this phone so so much....

This phone is really good...good camera,nice sound...but its main demerit is its keypad...rest all functions are really nice...

I have The SONY Ericsson K 550 - for use camera and music 5 years long ago. But I love it very much.The K550 is very good for me. Now I live in Bangkok Thailand.

been using it for 3 years and still now its perfectly working.

i m using this phone for last 3 years without any problem. excellent picture quality with 2 mp camera. flash is very good quality. i m accessing gprs with high speed on this mobile.

this is the best phone ever. the only drawback is its socket.Its camera is rocking! it has beautiful song clarity.GO SE!!
