3g is not available in most countries then what is use of k530, it has no EDGE ,no auto focus,no flash.................
k550 is alwys better.............

N72 is a controversial n d worst fon in nseries.n72 has lot of bugs n xtreme hanging prob.k550 is superb.cam,sound quality,display,battery almost everything r awesome.mayb d best in dis price range.so,i say go 4 k550.

I think its pretty similar to k750(except 4d design.)i wud definitely recommend u 2go 4 other mobiles like k800/k810.dey r gonna cost u a bit more dan k550 tho.

Main disadvantages of K530 :
Little innovation compared to K610
QVGA resolution would've suited the display better
Only 16 MB internal memory
No memory card in the retail package
The phone won't turn on without the SIM inserted
No EDGE
Rather basic camera settings, no LED
Video in QCIF only
No indication of missed calls
Uncomfortable SIM card holder
Go and read the review of K530 and have a look at the 'conclusion' section :D You'll get to know what it's all about. K550i is way better than it so please get out of this place and just stick with the K530i's users opinions section. :D Because maybe over there people might listen to you :D But here - Naah! K550i Rocks! :D

it is a failure model ,it is given a as cybershot but does not have the capacity of cybershot like K850,k790,k800,k810.I am going to buy K810 or I will going towards 3G and perfomance side like K530 which is given by the user like cal,jim jesica,goale etc

YES JESSICA,i am using the sony ericsson K550i for 1 year the camera is very poor like VGA.So i am to sell K550 and going to buy a new mobile W880i or K530i which has the similar function.

1)you tel tat it has only 16mb no it is not true it has 28mb(without preinstal config)it is enough for us for cache.we can also extend the memory to 4GB on k530i.sony ericsson k530 is best than k550.it is the world truth.

1)you should know that 3G is the powerful device in today's world covering max 1000kb/s in my k530i but your phone has edge which connect only at the speed of 42Kb/s(he,he,he,he).
2)what you are speaking ,presence of auto focus,flash only did not bring 3G,large screen size,great processor speed,great sound with RDS,JP-7,softwares,video call camera,qwerty etc, etc.
3)you should know , 2mp camera for all set should posses same feature but vary slghtly for 1% only,but you are telling that auto focus alone bring all facility like K530.no it is not true man.you failed :(
4)you should know that K550 is the UGLY phone in the world,many user complains that the buttons are hard to manage and very small in size with irritating colour
5)What super saiyan you tell me that sony ericsson K530i did not have Irda,yeh it is true i accept it,but Irda is not neccesary in todays because it is the one of the oldest invention in 1975,yes infra red de-activation is discovered on 1975,now a days irda is not used by most of the peope it also have many disadvantage.a good phone does not have Irda but have blue tooth.if you use Irda now then i will tell you are iilletrate and you are in the period of 1975 til now also.
6)once upon atime i am a fan of K550 but I deviated due to very large good feature in K530.finally K530i is the best phone in the world.

Oh u r too eager to show d greatness of k530 in k550 forum.let me tell u how k550 beta dan k530-
1.k530s cam way beta dan 550s.k530 has autofocus,flash,higher res unlike k550.
2.k550 has 77int. Mem where k530 has only 16mb.
3.it has irda wat k530 doesnt hv.
4.its design is way beta dan k530s.one of d sexiest.
5.it has gps too.im not lieing.jst download a soft called gps location frm wap.sonyericsson.com.(need a gps accessory tho inorder 2use it).
U guyz gave up all these features

Hi, I am jessica from brisbane .first off all I looked for best phone and i have asked my friends for good phone,thdy show me K550 ,but now realise that K550 is not a best phone for me,the best phone for me K530 on seeing the below user jim and . Also verify the review of K530..SO K530 is the best phone than K550.further K530 also having good battery life than K550.

Yes,you are right (@goale) K530i is best in all aspect better K530 also have secondary video call camera but it is not seen in K550 bcause of absence of 3G ,So I have deviated my mind towards K530 from K550,due to the best perfomance done by K530,thankyou Goale

@SUPER-SAIYAN,what's about 3G in K550,you are telling lies about GPS on K550,because GPS requires 3G in a compulsary manner in which K550 doesnot have,but K530 having 3G..you are failed to prove (wooooooo... about k550 non 3G functlon and also on screen size which is less when compared to SUPERHIT K530i)

K550 has gps too.inorder 2use it u need 2 connect a gps accessory.btw,nice language u got.
