This is the best phone in the world. Very easy to use, easy to customise. I never had a problem and I have my k500i for more than a year!!!! It's worth the money spent!!

i have faced so many probs this handset. And the service center of this com. is not good. I have checked my handset in service center continue 3 months
But in the end i have'n got any positive . so i think sony's this set is very chip.And i say plz plz. plz
& Plz. not purchase this set

If yes, then ur phone's software(firmware) is causing the problem. It need to be flashed. If the message doesn't appear after u have taken out the M2, then M2 is the causing the problem. my phone has a little problem,, everytime i turned my phone on,, after the sony ericsson logo,, thers a pop up menu that says,,
"Warning All Content on Memory Stick will Be Lost, Format anyway?"
I always got this message everytime I turn my phone on,, How can I get rid of it??? anyone knows??? pls Help!!!:(

This phone is only good in style, but the keypad is not good. Video can played full screen. It's camera is worse than SE K750i.

this is the best phone but the memory card capacity should be increased to cater for crazy music lovers like some of us.
