my K810 broke so i bought one of these phones second hand. Being honest its not a bad little phone, ive thrown it against a wall, dropped it when working on my car and its survived them all! only issue ive had is the time resets it self now and then, no big issue.
great little no frills phone.

this phone sucks..i've had it for just a couple of months and took a great deal of care with it, and guess what, even if you do, problems still arise with this phone..
it hangs very often
the screen, for no known reason, sometimes suddenly turns all white and goes off(even after i've checked it for any virus but its still the same)
now my phone's got a big stuck pixel on the screen and i can't even sell it because no one wants to buy it and the repair costs almost half the price of the phone, darn..
and the best thing?its warranty won't even cover it up for repairs, service centers are no good here in the Philippines, the warranties won't serve you anything, best if they didn't exist here anymore!
so if you're thinking about buying this phone, try other models, this model needs a lot of retouch, the only good thing about it is the music..otherwise, i'm so disappointed with it..

ILIYAS, 22 Sep 2008it is getting very frequently hangedyes it hang VERY frequent , ilyaas may i know what you did in tis regard ? i did flash too but it didnt help. it hangs very frequent :(

the phone is one of its kind, very efficient, but writing sms is quite a task as the letters do not come as you wish,keypad should be checked.

M using this phone for the last one year..nice experience ,,, but keypad is pretty uncomfortable and somtimes hanging problem is there....rest it is fine...value for money phone...

key pad is not at all comfortable. phone gets hung often. i will not suggest it if u r looking for comfort.

I think those websites with Sony splitting with Ericsson are FAKE! i mean if they really were officially splitting.. then it would be on the news and on BBC etc etc
so those websites with that news on are clearly FAKING IT! its false news!
all SE fans will agree with me.
Nokia fans will deny it because they know theyv faked the news..

I purchased K550i mobile at subhiksha mobile store. after one week, all of sudden mobile is hanging very frequently.
I consulted your customer service center(Hyderabad). Complaint ID's are: SES08SSE15693 & SES08SSE16287 respectively.
I am approching your customer service center But no use.
Same complaint repet...so, it very BAD

thanks for the opotunity.i purchased this phone about a week ago but i have this problem of downloading files like games an other applications except mp3 musics and videos.i tried mobile9.com an could download only themes.i dont no if its becos the phone supports only java doja files an if so please i will like you poeple to help me with a free web site where i can down load java doja applications for my phone.also,downloaded mp3 ring tones cant be assign as defult ring tone.so please HELP ME OUT.my email address is mikebariks@yahoo.com.thanks for the opportunity.God bless you.am waiting for your reply.
