This phone is cool, i get mine just a week ago under my network's retention offer. Cheapest 3G phone in Phil. Market, what only disappoints me is its limited possibilities unlike the SPVs(SAP & VOYAGER)which can be customized for your satisfaction.
In General, this one is for person who needs a phone, a camera and a radio and not a toy.

I believe GlobeTelecoms is having problem with there connections/ communication network lately. I cant stream and make MMS sending. Please do something about it.

hello nice phone. suggestion to those people who is compalaining- before you buy a phone check first the feature if you think you cant stand it dont buy it.

Well I got this phone (K608i) a month ago... Surely I checked all the features of it. Realizing that it is a great buy. I consider a purchase. Now for those people who has complaints about the phone, cut it off! YOU bought the item without having it checked?!... HOW S..../ and for those making different Q's on how to, check on the manual thats the use of it.

This phone is capable of LIVE VIDEO STREAMING GLOBEs free LIVE VIDEO ABS-CBN. I was able to watch GAME KNB..it was very clear..for GMA7, it uses rm extension..perhaps it needs a REAL MEDIA player..

haei guys... i bought this one week earlier.
i like all, but one thing , when I charge the phone it shows "charging", even after it reaches 100% .It never shows "battery full".
Is this a property of SE phones or is it a fault. I am using a SE for the first time.
please help.....

It's a fit to its purpose cell. Almost same as K700i but with 3g function. All i need is a radio for my everyday journey. Now its in my cellphone. Cool!

i bought ds phone yesterday.. its really great! the features are really good if u will think of its price...yet the small memory limits me to download many mp3s.. i hope theres a way to expand the memory

when im browsing on internet my unit (ek608i) was getting warm,and my unit automaticaly open on camera even though im not touching anything on it , later i found, it was my wallet with a magnetic botton that cause,

I have already found out that it is just normal for the Activity menu to not appear immediately when you press its button. I'm glad that there is a downloadable manual for K608i in the Sony Ericsson site. I've known it there!

I just bought my K608i phone 2 days ago. I downgraded from an O2 XDA Mini to this unit. I decided to buy this because this is the cheapest 3g phone that I have ever seen. I love all its features. I don't care about having only 1.3 MP of its camera resolution.
Through the past years, I have been using SE mobile phones. I have used SE K700i and SE K750i. I decided to change to an O2 XDA Mini, but I was not that satisfied due to some features that are not present in the latter.
When I heard of this K608i, I began to like it. I sold my XDA and bought this one. I still haven't seen any flaws, but I was just wandering with the Activity Menu button. When I press it, the Activity menu does not appear immediately. Instead, I have to press and hold the Activity Menu button for about 2 seconds I think to make the display appear. Is this normal. Please confirm. The activity menu button I am referring to is the one in the right side. Is this also true with the button on its opposite side?
Please let me know! Thanks!

this is fone is great!!! I just cant find the reson why there's always a complain for some user's. As far as i know once you buy a cellphone you have to know first all this features then you decide if your going to buy it or not. A lot of complains for stupid people!!!
This phone is great fit for my simple lifestyle. Great job Sony Ericson!!! Keep it up. More power!!!

this phone is 3g capable...i just want to know how can i use the video streaming for this phone....the nokia fanatics said that se unit is useless compare to nokia because there are services that you can use compare to se..like watching tv real time at nokia but for 3g units of se..i don't know how to use....pls. help me...i'll wait for your reply...i hope you;ll response my concern for se fanatics...

anybody here knows how to switch network from UMTS to Band(900/1800 or 1900)? having active 3G affects your battery life big time! I got this phone last week it came from SMART and all the internet settings also 3G were already active. dunno how to deactivate the 3G.
