Hi! everyone, can you answer my questions below? Because i will buy this phone for about next month, so i need your answers as soon as possible....
1.) How many minutes or hour of video can i capture, is it unlimited or through the memory stick?
2.) What is macromedia flash lite?
3.) Can i zoom when i capture videos?
4.) When i buy this phone, do i need the latest software? The latest software, does it included in the pc suite?
5.) In video, what is (QCIF)?

the phone doesn´t have this annoying joystick, does it??
on the picture it looks like a normal navigation thing and that you just press ok with the little thing in the middle.. (i´m sorry, but i don´t know the right word for the stuff) ; )

battery life: for me, only last for 1-2 days. (coz i love to play games, listen music, and browsing)
loudspeaker: for they who have problems with their hearings like me :p (or may be in crowded area) it's really useful.
alarm: yes. it's annoying but not too loud i suppose :} just put the phone nearby your bed.
autofocus: no...camera quality is not very good.
btw...three times fall from desk--it seemed this phone is quite strong, thou i think it might getting slower a little bit :{

Hi everyone!
I read the reviews and thinking about buying this phone. I don´t really care much about the camera or music player, but whats really important to me is:
How is the battery life?? (with phoning, typing messages and playing some music or other stuff)?
And: Can you understand people well on the phone? Other phones have problems with that
and: does the phone have an alarm- loud and annoying enough- to wake somebody up? ; )

mm...like does this phone camera have autofocus? i can get this phone for 350 [CDN] or should i get a W810i for 290 [CDN]

For Melvin...
1.) Ths phone includes earphone.
2.) 3g works in prepaid users. I'm a prepaid user, I just went to my service provider and they activated my MMS and 3g. Since then I enjoyed using my 3g in k618i.
3.) Yes of course, You can browse the internet without using the 3g. You can browse using prepaid. It has a specific Amount or rate on its kilobyte/minute
4.) If you are using prepaid, the 3g can be used if you activate it, by going to your network provider.

for the question of radius...
The difference of k610 & k618 is this..
K618 is built for music lovers... It has three round speaker grill at the back cover. This gives the sound of k618 a good loud and crisp sound with good Bass balance. It's much more clearer and louder as compared to nokia n70.
the internal features of k610 & k618 the same as if they are "twins", But twins has always has distinct features... with k610 sleekness and smooth housing (elegant style) while k618 has a loud boastful bass sound (sporty style) ^_^
Both are so 16g lighter in weight compared to its predecessor k608 and sleeker which are its advantage. =)

I need your help coz i will buy this phone for about next 2 weeks. Pls. answer my questions regarding this phone:
1.) Is this phone includes earphone?
2.) Is it true that 3g cannot work in prepaid users?
3.) Can i browse the internet without using the 3g or i can browse using prepaid?
4.) If i using prepaid can the 3g use if i activate from going to the network provider?
I like this phone because it has 2mp camera, better sound, features packed and especially it's cool design. I need your answer as soon as possible. So, i can decide which phone should i change after you answer my questions. That's all, thank you.

Yeah! You're right there about the keys... they're sort of small. Not fit for fast texters.
I had trouble removing SIM Card as well. That's what they call the "SONY ERICSSON One"--easy to stick in, hard to take out.
About SE Centers here in the Phils, if Vendos can't even market the accessories what luck do we have with getting repairs from the official centers? I mean, the model doesn't seem to exist to most SE Users. They go like "Is there such a K618i?"

i have this phone since sept.2006,my problem is that even sony ericson here refuse to repair since they accdg. to them did not offer this to phil. market. where can i buy the flex board.

if you compare the price and all features given, it's really fair and me personally satisfied with this product.
it's only kind of hard to remove my simcard--gotta asked friend with long nails or use small device to push the simcard out from it 'shell'.
and it's not very okay for people who has a big fingers, esp. thumb--coz the buttons are kinda small.

1. can it support the MXE-60 external flash?
2. k618 can receive 1 file larger than it memory(16MB),eg.20MB

Forgot to mention... here in the Philippines... got this for like P12,650. TAWAD TO THE MAX in some Vendo at ATC.
