This phone does not have FM.
Can only zoom during video or under VGA mode when taking a picture.
Can't zoom when taking pictures in 1 Megapixel or 2 Megapixels. Though I hate the fact that it does not have a light or flash considering K-series are meant to be Camera Phones. Can't take picture during the night... Night mode does not compensate... give a pixelized effect on your pics.
I love the design. It's contours gives you a good grip when taking pics. Music sounds great. And I love the D-Pad since joysticks are usually prone to easy-breaking.

Got one myself... Its not that this thing is phased out or new in the market... this model is just not that well-known by most SE users.
Had a hard time getting a crystal case/accessories myself. Most vendors don't even know that a K618 even existed.
They usually mistook it for a K608 or K610.
This phone has a bug though... If you've not been scrolling through some options they show as typo error like some words would show as "F:1345"
I mean not when you're texting, but when you scroll through the options. I guess its just my phone or someone's having the same issue.

It's really hard to look for accessories like crystal case, silicon, etc. Is it still in-demand or already phased out?

I just bought this phone few days ago. Perfect 3G phone with best quality music and video player. Screen is bright. Value for money 3G phone all I can say.

this phone is a k-series music phone.
this k618i has the best music quality in all k-series SE phone. my friends has k750i and k610i and my brother has samsung d820, they are all amazed w/ the sound quality of my k618i. and i tests their HP sounds in the headsets and the sound is not better compared with my k618i.
this phone is more of a music phone, its like a walkman but no walkman player and fm to separate it from walkman range because its a k series model. but the sound quality is as good as walkman. the price is really worth and im happy w/ my k618i.

HI there,
the k618 camera CAN be zoom while taking both pic or video, just on the camera 1st,go to the setting, then select "picture size", then choose VGA, the the zooming function is on automatically when you want to take pic.

Good Mobile Phone..excelent...good performance...design n Feature...camera no problem coz i has been Canon EOS400D..fr music i think its not problem K618i its better than Nokia N73(my phone yet n i changed with K618i)coz N73 to SLOWEST... VICTORIUS MY K618I horay...horay!!! im glad with it.
