THIS PHONE RULES! It just looks good dont it? and its small which is good but not so small u keep losing it! I think its quite a girly fone which is good coz im a girl!
as for the features.
CAMERA i get good clear pictures. the light is good and the effects are cool. BUT it does get slow, and sometimes there is a delay with taking pictures.
Video- Great! u can record really long on this fone and its good quality.
TEXT- Iv had no problems with writing msgs, and find it simple and quick. BUT sometimes the texts dont send and i dont recieve messages till a few hours later, bit of a pain in the ass.
CALLS- No problem, no speaker fone is good and generally i find this fone convienient to make and recieve calls.
BLUETOOTH For me, this works fine. i get good connectivity and can easily receieve videos etc.
MEDIA PLAYER. this is a great feature! i can play my favourite tunes with a headset or out-loud!
RADIO. another great thing. very clear and easy to use.

pinky,
once (yeah only once) i transfer a java game (.jar format) to my fone via Bluetooth and it can run, but after a few seconds my fone freezes. i panicked and turned my fone off and try to turn it back on but it won't turn on. i removed the battery and put it back on and then the fone can be turned on. since then i don't dare to download new game to my fone bcoz i'm afraid my fone might freeze again! :)
my friend said it was the game, so he asked me to try downloading another java game but still i refuse to download anymore games to my fone!
hopefully that won't happen to any other k700 users, but be careful when downloading files to ur fone, u may never know what it might do to ur fone.

any body can help me? how can i download a java game to my K700, i use dongle bluetooth tranfer the file .jar to my phone but it cannot run.

i got this phone a week ago, and im not contented, not until i know how to use the internet services...i tried to register on the net thru ericsson.com and they sent me a new settings on my phone...i clicked okay and i tried to use the internet thru my phone...but....CONNECTION FAILS all the time...can please help me liao?????????

i got this phone arund 2 months ago...and im thoroughly satisfied...it has all the features u could want in a phone....the only things that keep it from a 10/10 score is its non-expandable memory and low battery time.

the k500 is a good & stylish fone imo and u can save ur money if u go for k500. only if u can live without Bluetooth and less memory though.
but then again if u got to have Bluetooth, bear in mind that the Bluetooth headset is quite expensive and you have to fork out some more money to buy the headset.
plus u also have to spend some more for a USB Bluetooth device (or some say Bluetooth dongle) for transferring your data to and from ur PC.
if you go for the K500, u only have to buy the USB cable (DCU-11) to transfer data.

i woz wondrin bout buyin dis fone wit money frm my bday. its quite xpensive (£140, but im buyin a mini ipod too!) and i dnt knw wether 2 buy da k500i instd as its so much cheaper- the mem is only 12mb, and there is no bluetooth- whaddya think?

To all of you who want to know what a mear 41mb can do. I have maxed out my phone. This is the break down of the usage according to the phone's file manager.
PICTURES:- 113 file 1.5mb
SOUNDS:- 82 file 14mb (I have 15 full length mp3 sound tracks totaling 12mb)
VIDEOS:- 20 files 17mb (this also include clip that were downloaded from my computer)
THEMES:- 49 files 6mb (what can I say I have this thing for themes... at lest one for every mode and occasion, I change mines several times a day)
GAMES:- 21 files 996kb(I like my games also)
APPLICATION:- 1 file 63kb (JBenchmark2. I have not been able to fine any other application for this phone)
OTHERS:- 0files
MESSAGES:- 77files 3kb
FREE MEMORY 317KB
I did this solely to test out the max limit and capabilities fot the phone and I will have to say that I am very impress... if fact I say who needs a **% memory card with this anyway. You can just delete what you don't want and download the rest to your computer. One more thing. dispite the memory useage I have not notice any lagging or stalling with the phone it is running as smoth and fast as every. If fact my friend and I bought this at the same time (Jan 05) and he has bearly used 10mb and my phone still opereaters just as fast or sometimes fast than his own in opening folder and running games and applications. My firmware is RZL001 can any1 tell me where does this stand in the rankings.

u can play wav file in k700i. but it need to be less than 16KHz of frequency. k700i supports most of the formats. u can use some format converter to change the file and reload it and play.

k700 plays only mp3,mp4 or 3gp(4 videos) extensions!
