You will be in the menu where you can check your firmware as well as your camera version. R2AA003 is having the camera version 3.9 whereas R2AE033 is having the camera version 3.10

Hmm... I have the R2AA003 firmware and I heard that there's a new firmware R2AE033 so... Yesterday, I went to the Sony Ericsson service centre to have an upgrade of the new firmware but, the tech guy over there told me that, it's better not to upgrade or do any changes to my phone if I didn't encounter any bugs or problems with my current firmware... Hmm... Any opinion? =)

to all k700i users which pic. size do u used small(160x120), med(320x240), large(640x480) or the extended mode? which of dis 4 have a great camera pic.

In k700i, u can't set an mp3 file as ur message alert tone... Plus, 6230 has an EDGE speed (256 kbps) much faster data than w/ k700i! And oh, don't compare 6230 to a 7250i coz the latter is way behind the capabilities of 6230! Got it huh?!?!??!! Grrr!!! Are u a gurl? Coz u sound lyk one! x(

--FOR CONFUSED ONES (K700i/K500i/K508i)???--
well this is how it goes...its simple ive used both k508i&k700i so if uve got extra money go 4 k700 but if dont then buy k508. k508 is better than k500, k700i has small screen where as k508 has large but k700 quality rules over k508 because of small display size. soud of k508 is slightly louder than k700's ive bought both of them today so ill check the rest later and plz if uve got any prob do ask ill be v greatfull, believe me ive given the true pic of both sets otherwise u can check it urself but trust me imm 100% sure bye and tc

phone is nice design and seems 2 have every feature u want in a fone except mega pixel cam

dis fone is great when it comes to style compared it to big,bulky style 6600 and no shocking style of 6230 (no difference in 7250i etc. model!) so if u are stylish person go for SONYERICSSON K700i!!!

no expansion slt no memory upgrade? where am i gonna save my clips? why does this phone have video recording if you can't upgrade the memory? Stupid.

Not mean to criticise k700,but its really got a serious disadvantage compare to 6600.yes,its function gain my 8 marks out of 10 while 6600 only 7.but i still prefer 6600 more cos of its resistance of 'accident'.once u drop k700 from 2 metre high,u can say bye bye to it while 6600 still ok

if your pc has a usb port, it's easier to buy a bluetooth (which is really cheap and affordable these days) device and plug it to your pc usb port and voila!!! you can transfer files from your phone to your pc at total ease :)

I think d K700 is better!As 4 size,it is smaller & smarter compared 2 d bulky egg-like shape of d 6600!Its cam is clearer(still & video).U can record as long as d memory(41MB)can take,but it is not so 4 d 6600!It has a radio built-in;d 6600 has no radio.These r just d few pluses of d K700!Hav a great buy!

My pc is not bluetooth enabled. Does the pack include a data cable that i can use to synchronize data with my pc or do i have to buy it as an extra? If so can anyone tell me how much it costs.
