of course you will need usb cable data to connect your k700 to a computer btw if you want to know anything about k700 just go to this site - www.k-700.com
their forum is so useful. here you can find info how to update your firmware, customize your k700 wallpaper/theme, etc
maybe some of you have known this but i just found a free themes collection of K700 which i think so amazing; go here

thanks lala! is that all? i've got a usb port (i think) but not any of the rest. do i need some kind of cable for that? or any other hardware/software/blahblah?

if you want to transfer files such as photo, mp3 songs, etc from k700 to a computer make sure the computer is already installed with either of these:
1) Infra Red port (IrDA)
2) USB port
3) bluetooth station
dont worry most of the latest pc has all these features

hi, help me! i'm a techno moron and basically clueless about, well...almost everything you guys have been talking about here in this forum (it's like medical science and you have all my respect)! i'm still using a pentium 2 pc (just for wordprocessing) and an rh220 samsung hp (just for phone- LOL,i know...i'm such a doofus!!) thing is, i'm planning to get a SEk700i because it really sounds fabulous & all and i want to check it out, but for any/all of the phone applications to work, do i need to get other stuff besides the phone?(like a new pc, maybe??? :P i don't know). if so, what should i be getting? thanks so much!

I simply want to share my opinion that K700i is the best phone for its prise. I am using one now.I've been using ericsson since 1018 and i have one R320 still in use. I think the union with Sony made the new product even better and the inovations that the new company is developing are veri nice and the prise is good - for less money you get more.

a battery can only hold a certain amount of charge. so when its fully charged u may as well take it off the charger as leaving it on for + hours wont increase the battery life. this only works on new batteries when u 'break them in'

for those who claim tat da battery life is too short...here's my advice.. charge ur battery for 4 hours..although after 2 hours da battery is full already, but leave it for 4 hours..my battery can last for 3 days( charge for 4 hours) although i alwiz use it..hopes it will help...

it's a very good phone with whole lot to enjoy only fault is less memory i wish there is a way to increase it any way this phone providing easy shortcut menue plus one feature can access with more that one button so the same button won't get speared my comment is it's worth for the price camera night mode needs to be improoved

Battery life suck. Only 2 days. 1 day if use camera, FM.

I got my K700i last month and till this very moment... I'm still very much in love with my phone... K700i RULEZ!!! =)
