      I'm on my 3rd SE K700i!
Got my first one in Aug, by Sept it was crashing badly. While on standby the screen goes all white and then the phone resets itself; while on the phone I keep getting cutting off (presumably whiel the phone resets itself). It is now Dec and the same thing is happening again.
I keep having to phone my service provider and getting a new one but i have been warned that the next time I'll have to get it off the insurance which means having to pay a waver fee.
Anybody else with this kind of problem?

              to unknown n unknown2:
kindly stop fighting here. this page is for comments about the k700i n for users to help others who are not sure of the phone. don't be so childish.

and to unknown2, not everybody's english is perfect. not every country uses english as their first language. why dont u test yourself on ur weaker languages first? unknown is only trying to be helpful!

When trying the phone on this site ,with the simulator , I've noticed that it has "Click" sound for the Keys. Now I bought the phone but it doesn't have it.I like this keysound very much.T610 also don't have it.Why is that?It was so tipical for Ericsson.

Well,no. the above line shows the mode for camera or video, while the bottom show the options. Those are needed I think, 'cause if they are not there, people would complain about those not being there. The actual picture screen or video screen is not that small, can be viewed to about 8/10 screen.

Pleeeeeaaaase can somebody tell me if the video recording and the camera picture covers the whole screen instead of being a strip in the middle of the screen. My last post was ignored, sob.

The video is choppy but the still picture is good. The built-in flash is also excellent for taking pictures in the dark. Message alert tones are so weak and cannot be heard even if set to its loudest profile.

"you are not understand my instruction".. perfect way to expres yourself, dude, go buck up your english.. To all k700i users, no point getting worked up over the fact that the camera sound cannot be turn off, cause there isn't much you can do.

                                  From UNKNOWN:
My phone is K700i not k700 & i can turn off the camera sound with my instruction as well, if you can't do that means u are not understand my instruction or u even don know how to use your phone.....

                                  TO Unknown:
Firstly, let me tell you that your English SUCKS!.. You said "if you can't do that means u are not understand my instruction or u even don know how to use your phone", since when did English had "u are not understand my instruction"..
Secondly, like what sean said, certain countries do not allow silent camera, so I bet your country isn't the sort who bothers such nonsence, so good for you if you can turn your damn freaking camera sound off, you dumb ass.

I couldnt wait to get this phone. I've been using the SE k700i for a month now. It's a cute little phone.

                                    PROS:
                                    Large memory
                                    Video recording
                                    In-built speaker phone
                                    mp3 play
                                    Great screen display
                                    Great sound
                                    FM radio

                                    CONS:
                                    Camera sound
                                    Sensitive joystick
                                    Short battery life

There are other minor things that bug me like the quick auto keypad lock, left-sided back button, limited choice of message tone. These are just my personal opinion. But overall the phone is great. However, I'm considering getting the Motorola V620...I find that a lot of people who already have the k700i want to get the V620. That just adds me to that list.
