I just bought this phone 2 days ago. I was really looking forward to it and i finally have it. I am extremely pleased with all the features, sound quality is absolutely superb, hands-free calls sound great, radio as well..etc.etc. It is small, light but battery life is not that great. Nokia has better battery life for almost the same features. All in all i am very pleased. K700 is worth 350$ (that's what i paid for it). Take care guys

i`ve talked on the fone for bout 1 hour n 50 minutes frm 1/2 bar ..... ended with a small red bar [batt omost finish]
soo i think 1 hour frm full charge shud be nothing
the voice clarity is EXCELLENT.... in a bz shoppping mall or even the road the voice is clearly audible both sides caller n receiver...
i highly rekemen this to anyone hu is interested....
i only wished it had sum sort of expansion memory [tho i have 13 mb free with 6 full songs [mp4] n 19 mp3 ringtones n lotsa other garbage]

If u wan to chose between e398 or k700i i advise u to chosr k700i but nokia phone can be better like 6600 or 6230

Is k700 reliable ? I've seen many ppl complaining abt short battery life. I'am mainly concerned abt these basic features apart from the features the phone offers.
1. Battery life - Can we talk over the phone for 1 hour or more continously without any problem
2. Voice clarity - Is it very gud ? I mean in crowded places ?
Which one to choose ? k700 or Motorola E398 ? Please guide me ?

Had phone just 3 months, joystick is rubbish, often locks and won't scroll down. only up. is there anything that can be done ie clean it etc ?

The video that is transferred from k700i to PC needs REAL Player to play. get it free at www.real.com.
Upon buying a bluetooth adaptor, u just need to pluck in the bluetooth adaptor into the PC USB slot and then download the bluetooh software (will be included in the cd rom in the bluetooh package when u buy it). Then u can start sharing files from phone to pc and fr pc to phone~ the whole setup took less than 10 min!

To KB and everyone,
the k700i can record video and sounds as long as till the memoery runs up. Overall its really a great phone!
Also, i took much less than 4min to transfer one MP3 song from the PC to my K700i via bluetooth. I would recommend pple to buy bluetooh USB adaptor instead of the SE K700i Data cable if they want to transfer files from pc to phone or vice versa.
the adaptor costs ard S$50 while the data cable cost ard S$80 in Singapore.
The bluetooth adaptor is easy to install into the PC as it is only a small USB hardware.

if u have patient: ON the phone and charge at least 10hrs and used till it' flat' charge up 10hrs again repeat 3 times should be gd enough

This is a SUPERB gsm cell... i just love the features that it has. My friend has it.. and i am waiting to same some money to purchase it..

the camera of SE k700 only can zoom in low resolution n it unable to zoom in resolution 640x480

battery is pants, got send a replacement which was 50 mAh lower, still suks, and today the same fault as with t610. The joystick has buggered, only goes up and right, side buttons are also non functional, only thing thatt works are numbers.

SONY GET IT SORTED. you make retina scanners for governments why can't you make a faultless phone.
