i feel so excited because i just own a SE k700c today ... hahhaha ... finally i bought it ... but i m so worried about its battery since so many people complain about it even the hp saler who sold this hp to me tell me so ... anyway, i think the first 3 three days the new battery need to charge up at least 8-10 hours to achieve optimum performance at the end of the day ... i would share my opinion with u guys for those who intended to buy this ... c ya!!!

damn quickshare sticker fell off today! after 2 months! luckily i found it in my pocket later! i think a quick clean and some super strength glue should do the trick. god knows what i'd do if i'd lost the sticker! still, it doesn't look too bad with it off...

to chewy,
the k700i is not an altered k700 that orange use as their own product. it's the k700i INTERNATIONAL version. a slightly updated k700 ie. its has 41mb memory instead of 32mb, and its video recordings have no time limit (all remaining memory can be used) whereas the k700 has around 30secs limit.
i suggest you don't open your mouth until you know what you're talking about.
overall a high quality phone for it's price with few drawbacks.

I used this phone one month ago...but it was suck....not as good as the "Review" although I must confess it has superb display and great sound, but not support with MMC and its Battery not last longer...Just one day!!!!I must recharge it over and over again....it was really suck...I hope SE will improve their QC again and again....I think the folks at SE release this K700i to counter its rival Nokia 6230,and the result that's it...still have many problems in that phone...TOO PITTY...

I recently bought this phone and am incredibly impressed with the features. I first thought it looked really off but the features in this phone make up for it. Even the phonebook has only 510 items (which is really lacking), it is an extremely good media player. My only real disappointment is that it only has 41mb and no memory card :(

Sony Ericsson, as always, produces phones for people who understand Technology.... K700i Win!!! Not technology to understand you.

It is an invention not just a mobile... I am the first one in Egypt who own this great strong equipment. I think that SE had exerted a lot of work to launch this product which contains all things in my dreams till now. I have many tips and secrets about this great mobile.

An awesome little gem! Great sound, features, and function! IrDA, Bluetooth, Photo and Video VGA, .mp3 and .midi compatability. A complete package. The speakerphone works great and is a welcomed feature lacking in lower models. Fun and features to go!

Is there a way to expand the number of contacts? Currently, it can only handle up to 510 contacts.

k700 is a gsm phone (ie unlocked). k700i is an Orange product with their own software. like the motorola v500 or Orange and v525 on Vodafone
