cons =joystick hard to use.. keypad hard to type.. but this occurs few years later.. picture quality low.. cannot rotate higher resolution pictures.. cannot silent d camera..
pros = d looks of it.. d weight n size

Can we chng da orignal casing??....as i hv heard dat cel needs to b properly opened to change its casing unlike other cells like nokia 6230,7610..Is it so??...bcz i hav sum scratches on my cel & i want to chng its casing as soon as poosible so plz can nyone tel me??

fairly reliable phone dont like the joystick dont like photo quality wont recommend to friends.dont like the section where you plug in charger -plastic flips open but later on does not close properly looks untidy.

gud camera, dispaly and sound. but the fone ant reliable!! i had to get it repaired for joystick and port problem twice!! lucky for me it happened within the warranty period!!! my friends k700 got dropped from his hand and guess what it hanged and he had to repair it!! i wont recommend this fone!!

Hi! I have this phone since september 2005 and all I can say, that it was a great decision to buy it. High quality display, classic shape, high quality finish and details (e.g. brushed aluminium on the back cover, silver rim around speaker, display and lens) and many features (Radio, Music player etc.). It has only one disadvantage for me...lack of Memory Stick is inexcusable (in other hand, its 41MB internal memory is still more than enough for an ordinary user)and that is the reason why now I'm going to buy its successor K750. But I still recommend this phone for everyone who is looking for high quality phone for a reasonable price and who don't need so much memory to keep mp3 files or other files.

Hey,
i just bought a K700i and its doing great
only problem is that it keeps turning itself off at different intervals,as in u get the works,the turn off tone,the graphics,just as if it has been put off officially.
Does anyone have any idea about this?is it some kind of timer?or do i just need to flash the phone?

personally it is one of the first cheaper selling mobile i've known, it deserves many options tt other well known do not have. so i recommend the world to try it, you won't be deceive..

I've been using the SE K700i since 2004 and its been the best phone i've used and i wont ever sell it. Am planning to buy the SE P1 as soon as its available here in Mauritius. The K700i is a hardcore phone ( I dropped it lots and lots and lots of times but its still perfect, except fot the casing)...so if u're going to buy a new SE K700i, it's better u buy it along with all its equipment...data cable or bluetooth stuff, a spare original casing, a spare of the original ear sets (which is really good), a spare battery and finally, just in case, a spare charger...And if u going to buy all these stuff in 1 go, u will never regret it, trust me...SE FAN 4EVER
