hi .i said it b4 and i will say it again.this mobile rocks.it'e pretty old and still got the look and up 2date.the screen is wonderful and soo clear just the same as 256 color screen,the camera is up to 1.3 megapixel and gives super clear shots.ofcourse it is not like the 2 mp cameras but for it's range it's preety cool.it's sound is very clear and loud.when i'm in public and my phone rings everybody look at me.i have it since 2 years and i'm still in love with it and if i would like to get any new one i will keep it too

joys stick is a little stickey but i find that its a cause of dirty untidy people sony have resolved this issue with some of there new hand sets ie ...... k610i so progress is good

well after having the w810 and being able to watch tv and enjoy the latest news on a podcast application you dont want to go back to the k700 . . .

i had this phone for over two years now.. it's my very first camera mp3 phone and im very happy with it.. well everything gets old and we need to do upgrade, SE W810 or the latest W610 is the best choice, no joystick, better camera etc.. long live SE! simple, user friendly, the best camera and music player in one..

this is my 1st k700i phone, im a nokia user
in 8yrs. but this phone is so nice to handle.someday this year ill be buy the latest 1 the 810i from dgte.phil

I am using this for the last Six months & i am rally getting annoyed of the joystick.
Is there any other option to go to menu without using the joystick.

I have this mobile, it has good feature but typing messages on it is difficult and keys are hard to push. But sound is exceptional.

i got this cell a year back..and tell u what..its a average phone by the time it works all fine..but its battery life and the joystick is a good headache for anyone..the joystick is totally rubbish and it would hav been a good model without it..also the battery is a big problem..am already using a second one :-( also a upgradable memoory support would hav done a lot of good to its users..so in short look for better options and if u find it then go for it..its not worth spending so much money in this cell anyways..

I like this phone, except for the joystick which is really annoying but other than that, it is a really good phone to use.

I've had my Sony Ericsson K700i since I was 11. I'm only 13 now and yet it's already encountering so many problems. First of all is the malfunctioning joystick and the noisy keypad. It's very disturbing, especially for me as I love to text, especially at night. I also do not happen to like the phone's very small memory and its not having a memory card slot, as I love downloading and I also like to use my phone for gaming. What I hate most about this phone, though, is its poor durability. I dropped it once or twice by accident, and now it's already filled with scratches and most of the paint in the corners has already chipped off. I like the screen's sharpness and vibrant color, though. However, it would've been better if a 3G feature could've been added to this phone, as video calls would probably be great if done here; and besides the Internet, though good-looking, is very slow. Still, even though I'm on my second battery now and my phone looks mighty rubbish (unlike the Nokia phone I used when I was about 9 and the T68 that was mine before this), my trusty K700i continues to be my best mobile companion after all and has somehow proven itself to be quite reliable.

this is rediculous phone i have ever used the main problem inthis is its joy stick this is the worst phone in the world i believe.i ve used many phones but this really the hopeless

This is my 4th SE. Very nice phone. I've been using it for about one year and never had any problems. Battery life is good. Sony-Ericsson never let me down.

i had this phone 4 almost a year now.and its really great.ive never encounter such prob w/ my k700 phone.it is durable.thanks to sony ericson!!!!

its a great fone.. excellent features.. evrything's ok.
its not like the old model fones bcause this is ok..
just one problem. THE JOYSTICK. wen i press down, nothing's happening. and then wen i press down again, instead of down, it becomes "enter" so u wul actually think its broken, but its not.

I've had this phone for almost 2 yrs now n I think it's great. NEVER have I encountered any problems with the design, usage or functions. It's one of the greatest. The only reason I'm changing it is because I'm getting W880 or K610.
