K700i is a superb phone. It has all main functions i'm looking in a mobile phone. The quality is far better than other colored mobile phones and the price is relatively affordable.

this is one of the best set ive ever seen.After sony-ericsson k750i only comes k700i.Everything of this set is my favourite.I love k700i too much.

One of the best phone I have ever used in my life. A light and user friendly sets. I am the user of Motorola and Nokia phones, Nokia phones are believed to be user friendly. But I think this is not correct, Sony Ericsson K700 is also a user friendly phone.

alireza, nope it isn't the best phone in the world but it's a leader of medium price phones. You are not paying much but you get high quality and wide-range of usefull features. I've got k700. It's lovely.
battery life will not be a problem if u keep proper charging instructions. And even there are some programs for k700 that keeps your battery alive for 2 days more!
1. it may be hard to upgrade firmware for yourself. This thing could be done by specialists. it will not cost much!!

3. I have the original firmware without any updates and i don't have the problem with camera sound. But it can be solved by upgrading to latest firmware.

Hi, The K700 is a kewl fone with nice features, especially the remote control and I am able to control my pc, mouse and do presentation using the fone, HOWEVER the battery life is exceptionally poor, less than 20hrs.

k700 is one of the best phones in the world.
i really love it.but friends i have three guestions.
1) can i upgrade my firmware? if yes HOW?
2) can i install answering machine on my k700?
3) how can i mute the camera sound?

the phone is rubbish , ive had it 4 2 days and i opend it and couldnt get the bak on the phone , i rarther my 3210 which i had when i was about 10 to this sony ericson , it breaks all da time and im going 2 take it bak soon , so dont buy it , p.s the battery last about 5 minuets

Hello.. I just want to give my opinion on this fone.. This is just a normal fone.. I mean most fones is having the same features or even better than this one due to competition.. And the biggest bug ever is the battery life.. Its really draining quickly.. Avoid this fone.. No fones
is perfect.. And most ppl will not use this fone as a seperate mp3 player so stop joking man saying its good enough for a fone.. Like the nokia 6230 or even better 6230i, it have the mmc expansion feature ideal for copying several mp3, its better than the k700i for that and the other
feature will match evenly.. The k700i latest firmware will create a sound.. Therefore is an annoying fone.. And this fone price is equivalent to 6230i that have a real mp camera.. So why waste money on this pathetic fone?? Good day to all..

k700 looks better in everything,but in screen and camera lose for a mile...vs3 has irda..but have no idea about battery life..?!

hey man of course u should take k700 it's obvious.
that panasonic
-has an ultimate low battery!
-don't have fm radio
-looking to the specs i cannot see bluetooth and IrD!!!!
-personally for me panasonic looks terrible. like a piece of..
-less memory than k700.
-it's heavy phone

should i buy k700 or panasonic vs3? k700 looks better,and has much more games to download but vs3 has much better techology(sceen,camera..)?!?(bt is not problem to me) what to buy?

I just brought SEK700i the other day and i was contented about its specification and features-it worth my money. Besides, SE is a better phone than other NOKIA colored mobile phones, its price is not much expensive but the quality is high.

i think this phone is the best phone ever i had it now for around 2 weeks and i think the features are great mine has a mp3 player video recorder radio camera its really good and the price is less than 80 pound so my opinion is that this phone is really hetic

after reading the siemens users opinions and complaints it is obvious that k700 is better!
siemens still remains laggy phone.
siemens camera quality is awful.
siemens can record video only for 30 sec and k700 has unlimited recording.
+k700 has a flashlight.
siemens can NOT play mp3 and don't have FM radio.
