Hi Friends zeetbear here....Anyone who wanna update Firmware___
K750i Update Firmware Step by Step___
1)Warning! updating your phone is very risky....wanna go further then___
2)Install Macromedia Flash Player & Shockwave player 1st.
3)If you have installed windowblinds software, you have to first time uninstall it. This Windows skin is blocking comunication SEUS II with Macromedia Flash Player.
Before update MAKE SURE YOUR BATTERY IS "100%" CHARGED___
4)Your firmware will be updated through the Sony Ericsson Update Service II (SEUS II). In order to use SEUS you will need to have internet access (preferably Broadband) and attach your phone to your PC via the supplied USB cable___
5)Before installing SEUS you will need to download and install the following drivers:
Sony Ericsson K750 USB drivers___
6)Installation instructions______
a. Download the file to a temporary folder on your PC.
b. Run the downloaded file, and follow the instructions that appear.
Note! If you are using deskstand DSS-25, please go to step 6
c. If you are using a DCU-60 USB cable an installation of the USB Flash driver will automatically start while running the application.
d. The Found New Hardware wizard will start. Follow the instructions to install the USB Flash driver.
e. After the installation restart Update Service.
f. When installation is completed, please restart the computer.
How to use_________
1. Double-click on the Update Service icon on the desktop.
2. The first time Update Service is launched, the application accesses the internet to download content that is needed to be able to run the service. This may take several minutes, depending on the internet connection speed.
3. Choose your preferred language and follow the instructions that appear.
Notes & problems
Install Macromedia Flash Player using Internet Explorer.
If you have Application Error Message Incompatible Macromedia Version
than follow this instructions:
1. Open Internet Explorer (it must be opened only in Internet Explorer)
2. In IE open this adress: Flash Player Download Center
3. Click the button "Download Now" and follow the instructions
4. After sucssesfull instalation restart Internet Explorer and open in IE this adress: Test Macromedia Shockwave & Flash Players
5. When you see the animation in fold About “Version 8,0,22,0 installed successfully” playing below the Macromedia Flash Player, then your installation was successful.
6. Now you can shut down Internet Explorer and turn on the SEUS again without any error message.
The first time you start Update Service about 2 MB will be downloaded to your PC.
The software updates for the phones are 10-65 MB depending on phonemodel. The update is downloaded when you run the application.

Internet connection (preferably broadband)
Depending on your phone model, you need DSS-25 Deskstand, DSS-25 compatible phones or DCU-60 USB cable, DCU-60 compatible phones.
Macromedia Flash Player installed on Internet Explorer. Available at www.macromedia.com
Minimum system requirements:
Windows 2000, Windows XP
Pentium III 600 MHz
300 MB free hard disk space.
256MB RAM
Macromedia Flash installed
Internet Explorer

this is the best value for money phone out on the market. you would pay twice the amount for any other phone with simerlar specs. please can someone tell me were i can install the firmware for free

hey guys..im really confused..i kno the sound quality of this fone is not as gud as the walkman fones but can u really help me compare k750 and w700 in terms of sound(loudspeakr as wel as headfones) and the camera quality..if thr is not much diff in the sound shud i go for k750???

k750 is better, i have k750 too and i work in GSM store...but if u have more money just buy something better ;)

Hi Aftab__zeetbear here... your firmware version is R1BC002__ which is older___if you wanna outstanding,,,Brilliant K750i__you should update it to Latest, Fixes many bugs...f you interested in Update ask me about procedure...takecare....

Hi desruez,,,i m zeetbear___i check everything before flashing & after flashing__i used handsfree jack connect in PC Sound card and measure peak sound hits in Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 4__ Analyser software,,,nothing go bad and decrease and i notice an improvement in the sound volume speaker. A little bit louder than before...i think you read about Firmware on websites who wrongly write their opinion without Testing thoroughly....i m Microsoft Certified Engineer____ sorry 4 everything,,, everybody has its own opinion___Thanks,,,,

Hi Adi___i m zeetbear, How r u, your firmware R1N035___ is quite old,,, Sorry dear' You Can't update without using a PC___ you can visit SE Service center,,,,or you can get help from your computer friend....if he has PC & also a sense of flashing Firmware of mobile phone___Otherwise you can't update.....you should update your K750i to get *** Super Results *** ///// Thanks....

Am having the phon end so far am impressed with it, now to my issue am hopping u guys will be able to enlighten me about finding my current firmware,updating my firmware, version and to get the best out of this phon e and minimizing bugs dat i may encounter....by the way how do i get my region since am from Ghana and the SEUS only has Central, North and southen Africa. Someone plse help me out....Thanx in Advance and Good Day to everyone
