wow man this mobile is great i have a k750i its the best phone in the world 38mb memory +memory card 2mp camera mpeg4,mp3 wooooooow
it is like a w810 you can also use it for listening music and the samsung d600 is a number too little for k750i (hahaha)

PJ: both phones are good, but if you want some more stuffs to customize your fone then get this, this got so many downloads for customization, but if you want to be center attraction then get the luxurious-looking D600, both were multimedia rich but this is where K750 reaslly excels so much ahead of D600. brightness of the display and video is always better in D600, both were durable except the joystick on K750(which can be remedied by simple cleaning) it's your own preference whether you wanted one of the two, better choose the phone that suit's your lifestyle.
Nigejk: first try converting the xvid to mp4/mpeg format then use your prefered software to convert it to 3gp
786: it's because it's now cheap and function/feature rich. and has the best back front(camera front) appearance of all the phones the've seen and is small and compact.

About to buy this phone as looks absolutely great and very good value for money. A couple of questions though if anyone has the answers.
I have seen it mentioned that a 2GB memory stick works - anybody tried with a 4GB?
Also interested in seeing wether it is possible to watch movies on (v. small I know) If I had a film in XVID what file format would it have to be converted to / software available for this ?

whiterabbit- u can turn off the shutter sound by turning the cell to silent mode. firmware change will remove the sound permanently.
No, not really. That annoying sound still remained even i switched it to silent mode.

memory can be upgraded to 2 gigs , sound is cool for better experience use some good headphones with a 3.5 mm adapter

Looking for some advice on this phone.
I'm looking at buying a new phone and have narrowed it down to this one and the Samsung D600. If anyone with a bit of knowledge of them both could let me know which they would recommend, i'd be grateful

You cannot store any messages on the Phone memory. You can store quite a few messages in the Inbox. Close to 150 messages.

after opening camera lens cliking on butten the photo will not click i think that is software problem i want to formate phone memory of sonyericsson k750 but it will ask about pine code. i dont no pin code help me please

Hi everybody i just wanted to know what changing the firmware would do to my phone?
oh and i heard someone say that u can upgrade the camera so it can have 16x is this true?

for those having problems with the joystick, just buy from your local electronics store a "contact cleaner" (technicians use this to clean up electronic parts, like integrated circuits, printed circuit boards and other electronic parts. make sure to turn off your cellphone first, spray the contact cleaner directly in the joystick, although the contact cleaner dries real fast, wait a few minutes just to make sure it completely dries up before turning the k750 again.
and another thing, the joystick problem will never exist if k750 users will get a water color brush and use it to clean the joystick! at night, when you use the phone, you will notice that there is dust on the joystick, just clean it up using a water color brush. prevention is better than cure!!! heheheh
by the way, someone posted before that you should spray perfume on the joystick and let it dry! common sense should tell you not to do this! even perfumes that contains enormous amount of alcohol will not dry up fast! buy a contact cleaner from your electronic store or try radio shack!

K750i it`s a very nice phone who can do a lot of things. U can shut down the camera noise if u put the phone in silent mode (press #)..u can convert in what video or music format do u want...just using the program "Xilisoft 3gp Video converter" ... the phone it`s ok..but..it has one small problem :D...Usb cable, charger and headset phones are using the same place (to connect the phone) and...sometimes i hardly find the right position for the phone to charge the battery..it really sucks when u see that the phone can`t charge anymore..in rest...it`s ok :)

When i put the phone on silent while having the headset on, my ringtone plays from the headphones when i get a call :s Is this suppose to happen??
