Also could u plz tell about the sound and picture clarity b/w the two mobiles.
I am an music lover.
what kind of files does SE w550 can play.

Hi,
I'm getting a new cellphone for my birthday, and I've got 2 models in my mind: SE k750i or w800i. Ican't choose because they look pretty much the same to me. I'd like to use the phone for listening music and watching videos. I don't really like the color of the w800i but on the other hand I've heard that the sound of the k750i is terrible.
Which one should I choose?
Oh.. do they also support memory sticks up to 2GB ?

i just bought new k750i and the problem is i cn't zoom in large size pic. its only 1.0 for the largest? plz help me.

i think that ur laptop have virus name brontox.. it copying folder..

My laptop has a virus, and whenever I transfer down MP3 to the k750i, it seemed to have copied a folder also... I believe this can cause the phone to hang. I'm also having a problem of my pictures having BAD resolution and cannot be transferred to my PC? Any ideas? Also where can I get the firmware update?

Don´t turn on your phone. Dry it first with an absorbent paper and then with a hair dryer.....but not to close of the phone. Excuse my broken english. Good luck!

Aamir ... let your phone get dry first. Don't try to start it. Open it up and take the battery out. Give it a day or so, then start it again. Should be OK :) I fell into a swiming pool with my phone before, and this is exactly what I did. It works fine now.

i can't watch video on my phone with .avi or wma movie type. i have converter of those file to . 3gp for i to watch a movie. my coverter only converts 5 mins of the files which is compose of 2 hours viewing time. please help. i only donload it on the net but i can't find the full version that will totally convert the movie file.. please send your advice and help..-

k750 default internet browser is just useless .To use internet Opera mini is best browser .It supports nearly all inernet page. but can not save image or anything like smart phones.

i have just activated the GPRS on my K750
the problem is a lot of site does not open, even the gmail and yahoo messenger does not work .
can any1 suggest any solution to this.

i'd bought two SEK750i phones -i could observe one phone is working fine and camera and sound are damn good, but the other is not as good as the rest.
previously i used Nokia 3230 intially i felt its sound is a drawback but,later i'd updated the software with firmware then its too good, i can say better than sonyericson K750i
Hey frnds,,can any one help me getting softwares and additional stuff for my K750i...
i am totally dissapointed coz, K750 doesn't support (some)-infact many formats unlike nokia.and vedio formats too.

I have K750i for past 4 months , i has excellent features but shifting from Nokia was an intial pain in terms of the user friendly OS. The joy stick of the phone sucks.. please any body do let me know about the joystick. The pics taken are awesome.
The buttons are too fragile..

I had this phone for 2 weeks now, and I can say so far that I'm thoroughly delighted. It's a superb all-rounder - sharp display, great camera, excellent sound, great connectivity..I could just go on and on..No probs so far - it must be the latest firmware version my phone have on board - everything is smooth, browsing is effortless and no freezing up so far, although I must say the joystick is a little bit on the loose side. Anyway mine is still brand new, so for all the lavish praise lets wait another 6 month and we'll see.

Hey Douglas, just put your mp3 ringtone on the memory card [DRIVER LETTER]:\MSSEMC\Media files\audio\ringtones and access the file manager > sounds > ringtones and they will be there with the card icon on the side :)

my k75o do not recognize 1Gb memory stick. I upgraded to "R1No35" but nothing! The stick works on other similar phones! Help required!!! :)
