Bought this phone couple of weeks back.
Initially I used to charge when the phone was
on and observed stand-by time of < 3 days.
After reading reviews, tried charging turning
it off. It is not any better. Moreover the
battery icon, sometimes, shows orange( < 30% ).
If I check the "settings->phone status" it
shows 50% and when I return to main menu
battery icon becomes green.
Was there any bug in the software in any of
version. I'm not able to figure out what is
going wrong. :(
Any help is appreciated.

can anybody tell me about the joystick problem of the k750? I'm planning to buy one next week and having second thoughts about it's joystick being faulty. Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance.

im trying to turn T9 on for messaging (dictionary) and it says that i have it, it says that all i have to do is push and hold down the * kep for 3 seconds, but it doesnt work, ive tried everything i can think of! plz help, cheers.
otherwise im loving the fone :D its great.

i bought a 2 gb sony ms pro duo 2 wekz b4... but i think da sound qualty is better with da ordinary 64 mb... any ideas about it ???
n one more question how can i make ma fone sound much better like any mp3 player in da market?

Hi...i have this phone for 8 month and it works good and i dont have any problem whith it.But the joystik somtimes works lazy and slow but Np its ok for me....this is the nice phone ;) :D

very good fone.....
better than w700i, as w700 hasnt got autofocus n megabass...
I compared the pictures with w700, autofocus do helps..
Also some of the background colour in w700 still remains in orange n doesnt change with changing the themes...
Look is cooler than w700...
Lil bit software difference i.e. w700 play songs even when no sim card is present and k750 cannot thats not a big problem n no one uses fone without sim...
Headphones are lil bit different...
sound quality is same...
there is a jack given in headphones in w700i
for external speakers not in k750
Memory card provided with k750 is 64m
So, I think headphones n memory card can be upgraded but autofocus cant...
Far better than Nokia 3230...
Very good n fast software.....
Plays 3d games....
file support 3gp n mp4...
Ipod quality sound...
So, guys just go for it....

Looking on getting one in two days. Just wondering what other upgrades were available for it? So far it's got:
- K750i acoustic drivers replaced with W810i drivers: LOUDER + CRISPER SOUND
- K750i ringtone driver replaced with MP3: Crisp quality of MP3 for ringtone instead of the crappy quality MP3
- K750i cam driver replaced with R1A004 driver: Very first cam driver of the K750i - nice crisp photos.
- PHF_2_play.apf acoustic file modified: Earphone hiss removed totally during MP3 playback.
- Startup screen / shutdown screen replaced with original K750i after W800i flash: faster start/shutdown.
- Camera sounds deleted: Even with silent mode OFF, camera does not make a sound when snapping photos.
- SMS Box volume increased: More SMS space - doesn't use SIM, uses phone memory.

To Winnie:Strange that the camera is not working.Did you drop the phone or hit it violently somehow?Or is there a chance that water has entered?The camera contains moving parts due to the auto focus.Authorised dealers sometimes do not pay the required attention.If the problem was not caused by you,demand to get the device replaced or take it to a third party technician.You also mentioned that it does not send any multimedia.What way? BT,infrared what?The more clues you give,the more help you get.

plz help me my phone camera stop working after 2weeks of using it, i sent it to repairs 2 times and it still does not work it does not do most of the things i use to like sending pic text or video, please help me i bought it in jamaica thats where i live and we have to take back the phone to the retailer so a rep can look at it, but it has not been fix both times i send it in, and it is still returned to me
i really love this phone, i think its one of the best but i don't know what could have happened to mine
