        - Yes, there is a "Burst" mode, in which the lens captures 4 successive pictures in a row with 640*480 resolution for each picture.
        - As for the camera quality, it has been proved that K750 camera is better in "still" shots than N90 -then it's also better than N70 since N90 camera is better than N70 one-.
        - I didn't see any of Sharp 903 pictures, yes it's 3.2 m.pixels but "m.pixels" term is only indicating the max. resolution the lens is capable of capturing pictures at, and it has NOTHING TO DO with the quality of the lens itself, also I don't know the quality of its video -resolution and format-.
Anyway, there's an unknown asian manufacturer -probably Malaysian but not very sure about that- named Xcute, it has a very good camera phone series named DV(x), with a brilliant true/full 3 m.pixels camera -model DV1- and SUPERB 6 m.pixels camera -model DV2-, both are capable of capturing videos at 640*480 resolution in MPEG format -non compressed MPEG4 format like Samsung D600- !.

        Yes.
We won't be asking for a miracle if we asked you to read at least the first page before asking !.

It has a native JAVA OS, all SE models other than the P series -the business series which is based on symbian OS- and the recently announced coming soon symbian OS models, are built on a JAVA OS.

        - Yaa, here is another free one:
        http://www.esato.com/logos/colour/k750themes.php
        - You don't need to copy them into the "Others" folder, you just select & copy the *.JAR files, open your "Sony Ericsson File Manager" from your desktop, select the phone and go into the first "Phone memory" folder -only the first one, DO NOT GO INTO THE "Phone memory" SECOND FOLDER!-, right click here on any white area inside the manager window and click paste, the phone will automatically install the application, and it will accessed from the "Others" folder.

hi guys~~ i am planning to buy a new mobile phone and i have choosen w550 and k750~ their price are quite same (k750 more expensive).k750 got expandable memory and 2 megapixels camera while w550 i like the design so much but ppl comment that it suits college students or even younger but not to ppl who works as i am going to work soon. however, i am also worrying about the joystick of the k750 coz i heard that the joystick is really easy to spoil. so which 1 to choose ? any opinion?

Another thing I would like to add.

I have been playing up with this phone, downloading a lot of cool themes, really nice ones, playing mp3s, doing everything and have never had ANY problems at all. It has never frozen, it has NEVER switched off and has NEVER hanged.

What thing that worries me is the battery being charged while I connect it to the USB. I hope I don't damage the cells.

Also another thing, if you switch the phone off for a few seconds and turn it back on, the battery statys is like 10% or 8% higher then what it used to be before. I don't understand why. Any ideas?

                          @DoUL, thanks for that.

Regarding the OS, as far as I am aware, the operating system is coded in Java but I cannot guarantee it. The file extensions of the programs for K750 are "jar" files which stands for "Java Archieve" thus I conclude it is built in Java but again it may be something else and have a "Java" support added on top of the OS - Java Runtime Environment.

Regarding the lens cover, I went back to the store today and looked at another K750i, exactly the same thing. After you close the lens cover, it stays a bit tilted upwards, may be like a 1/2 millimeter. I have discovered however that if you close the lense cover with your thumb holding most of the lens slider and give it a very, extremely light pressure, it closes it nicely without being tilted up. I repeat, very light pressure while covering almost entire slider/cover with your thumb.

Can this phone take photos in succession ? You know like 5 different photos in 10 seconds or so as the N70 does ? Also is the pic quality much better then the N70's because I can't see it (it may be a bit better thou but not by much)? The only cell with a really great cam is the Sharp 903 or is there a even better one ?

7 months here and haven't been sent to any SE customer care center before for anything, and the joystick is still serving me just so well.

It has anything you want to do, the only problem is in setting a recurrent task/date, you have to create one and then copy it with the new date, then copy it again and change the date again to the new one.
Other that than you can do almost anything, you have to set a reminder for each birthday no more, now you can insert each contact's birthday in his card/info. and it will be added automatically to your calender.
BTW, haven't you know that you can search your K750 phone book with up to 10 characters ??!!!

No, you can't copy/move the messages to another folder, you can however keep them in the "Inbox" folder, it can hold up to ~200 KB of messages.
As for MMS's, you can save their contents in any folder you like.

I'm not totally getting your problem.

There is no MS Duo cards with storage capacity larger/higher than 128 MB.
256 MB, 512 MB, 1 GB, and 2GB is only of MS Duo PRO type, and they are all supported by K750.

                                - K750 is working with a custom & unknown OS built by SE, but you agree with me that it do the job perfectly.
                                - If you need a special/certain software, just search/google for it, but if you need to take a glimpse about the supported softwares for the K750, chick this page:

YES, my lens cover is a bit tilted upwards but its not that major thing for me. the only craking sound that ive experienced w/ the phone is on the battery cover part. whenever u type txt u are making the battery cover crak some sound. all ive done to minimise it was to put a nonworking SIM b/w the battery and the battery cover.

I know that, and when i click save message it saves it to my sim card and my sim card can only hold 14 messages. I would like to know if it is possible to create a folder on the memory card and move only selected sms's to it.
