Had this phone for almost a week and crashed about 8 times now. Awaiting to hear from o2 to see what they can do. Love the phone but not putting up with this. Just not good enough. I am hoping that maybe a software update come available and that will fix problems

I bought this phone 6 days ago in Hong Kong for HK$3980. Came with a second battery and some other small gifts.
Excellent camera, still and video. Best I have ever seen in a camera phone.
No bugs yet, everything works great.
Speaker volume is on the low side however with some files the volume seems louder.
Battery life is OK for normal use, I am at 62% after 4 days. If extensively use camera, video, lights then can drain in 1 day.

Hi I just bought the phone and battery seems to be of a very short lifetime...Anybodu have similar experience?

But YES you can. In fact you can do almost everything in background.(java apps, radio, media player, My Friends, etc.)

I got a K750 a couple of days ago on O2 for free, though it suffered from a signal problem to begin with (though I am told this was a general prob with the O2 network in my area over Bank Holiday). All in all it's pretty good, well worth what I paid.
Pretty solidly constructed and has some nice features like good zoom on the camera, although the flash/light drains the battery real fast.
Although it's a good phone, personally I think anyone who pays the £200+ price tag that was mmentioned is a little daft.. its good, but not that good.

Can anyone help...I've just gone from the S700i to the K750i. Wi the S700i I got a contact pic on screen for txt messages i received but for the K750i I don't and they go straight to the inbox where I have to retrieve them? Is this just normal and a step back?

I got this phone five days ago on Vodafone (unbranded and straight from SE) and it's excellent. I have not experianced any crashes or problems - touch wood! The camera quality is brilliant as is the phone.

it's a cmos senser...they should have used a ccd..would have been better for low light and indoor's...but there is a rumor that there is going to be a ccd senser put into the phone..

Ares , thats ok all forgiven lol...u can get some good picture's with the k750i under low lighting,just say in a house where there aint alot of day light coming you can get alittle noise in the picture out side is alot better..like now they are saying about putting a ccd senser into the phone to have less noise under low lighting..

well,
after what i call a good search i found that :
the w800 and k750 phones can take up to 4 GB memory stick PRO DUO but they haven't been made yet only the 1GB are available and the 2GB had been announced and will be globally available by the end of this year and the beginning of the next and the 4GB ones by the 2Q of the next year

I would guess that at least 200 sms could be stored on the phone as my LG could store 250. Also yes you can use this phone in any Country I believe. And as for EDGE no this phone doesnt have it.

Hi, just got the phone. All features are great, but the earpeice volume is really really low when taking calls. Speaker or the hands free works great in the same conditions.
Can something be done about this?

@dun, sorry for the "dumb" thing...i only meant k750 is a better camera overral, compared with 6630...even the low light is not bad from what i´ve seen
@ump001, you are WAY wrong: k750 plays AAC, MP4, and has multitasking for everytthing!!! You can minimize java apps, radio, media player, My Friends, etc...there´s nothing betta in the 6230 or 6230i except for EDGE for people who need it...
