bought my K770 soft black last week, some comments:
- excellent buttons (impossible to mis-press)
- good camera (auto-focusing takes some time, but sharp results)
- amazing battery life (4 days on single charge, 30 sms a day, 15mins talktime, some java gaming)
some flaws however:
- fingerprint magnet (all over the screen and the surrounding glassy area, and the camera lens cover at the back)
- yellow tinge in screen (when light sensor activates and reduce screen brightness, yellowish white results)
- questionable production techniques (on my first set i had 4 dead pixels and a crooked directional button and soft keys, had to do 1-for-1 exchange)
- no xenon flash (yes i know lcd is good too, but cybershot shud have xenon)
if you like cheap and good phones, look no further! (and i mean sony ericsson phones, if you're interested in nokia's bizzare design and excellent lags, go for it, by all means)

An amazing fone... Excellent camera and great sound...battery time is quite good too. Im Luving it!!!!

i have a w810 which has 2mp cam on it,,and k770 cam is 3.2 mega pix,, but pic quality is very poor than w810,,, why?? i have done camera setup as 3 mp and fine quality..it seems that w810 cam (2mp) is better than K770 (3mp)
any one checked????

my best friend has a nokia 6500 slide and i have SE k770. When i take photos with his nokia photo are about 300 kb but in my k770 photo size is 800 kb. We know that photos in big size are better. Also the sliding design is terrible, its so hard to slide and sometimes it just froze. lens is not protected and about user interface i can say that it is so simple. only video recording is better i nokia (15 fps)

everything about this phone is gr888888888888
love the sound on earphones, camera is superb, operating system is fast, keypad is v gud
i would suggest get in truffle brown color its awesome and for girls get in purple ;)

i want to buy this phone and yea it's a hard decision between it an d the k810 someone tell me which 1 and wats wrong with this

usin it for 3 months and here is my conlusion about it:
1. design is great
2. keypad is good because there is a big space betwen buttons but its a little hard to press when messaging
3.Camera is great but in low light it goes in a yellowish color
4. Flash is good even it is LED
5. Sound is clear but its so so quiet.
6. batery is good (i play with my phone alot and i charge it every 2 days)
7. it supports flash themes and it support wma files too.
That all from me for now, if you have any question i'll trye to answer it (if i know)

are you crazy or what !!! k770 is much smaller and much thicker so go for it as the best mobile in the world

the k810 size is smaller ! and its camera is amazing and its battery life is so long !! so if i were you i'd get the k810 :)

if i were to choose from k770 and k810....id probably go for k810 (though i really love the slim design of k770).there are no aspects that k770 beats k810 aside from the slim design.
but.... i will advise you to get the brown k770 because of its feminine look and besides they only have a slight difference in terms of performance and the features are just the same.
hope this will help you....
k810 has bigger screen but the round keypad is really off for me.
k810 is equipped w/ xenon flash but bigger and heavier that k770 which is equipped of LED flash.

Hi, Im planning to buy a new SE phone next week; but I have a hard time choosing between k770 and k810 .. I dont mind about the other functions; (1st)Does the mp3 player sounds good? (2nd)I would like to know its camera's capabilites (3rd)Longest battery runtime. Does this have some kind of Anti-Shake like the other cameraphones? Thankyou ^^
And yeah; I want to know which one is the right color for me. Im a highschool student and a girl(but not girly). Is it black, brown or purple?

I don't know what everyone is talking about, the camera on this phone is fantastic - and at the end of the day, if you're looking for amazing camera results surely you would buy a camera, not a phone?? just a suggestion... I used to have the k800i and loved it, went to samsung where the picture quality really is horrible and am so pleased i have this phone now. The extras such as warp, games etc are all great and the slide down lens cap makes taking pictures quick and conveniant. All in all very pleased with this model and would recommend it.

it happened to me before. i just turned it off and on and vibration alert became normal until now. just a piece of advice man,turn off vibrate mode when charging.

just got this K770 yesterday....
awesome man....the sound MP3 very good in phone...theme are great and lots to play around...keypad very good.....
had brown one color.....yeahhh...

- somethings wrong with your phone, mine is working fine, bring it to a store to get it fix

camera quality is horrible. 3.2Mpix camera worse result than a VGA one. Zoom function is only in VGA mode and hence useless. Video recording is waste as there is no quality. If someone is looking for a good camera in a phone avoid buying this. Phone functions are good.
