Hi All. I finally bought K770 after much evaluation. My review as follows : K770 is a replacement of its highly acclaimed predecessor - K750. In fact, there are huge improvement in terms of its compact size, 3.15-megapixel camera and user friendly functions and buttons. Importantly, on using it heavily for 2-3 days, there are no signs of "1-2 seconds hanging" or auto shut-off, which is a common turn-off thing in some new handsets. Let's welcome K770 being a new sibling to its K750/K700 family. Yes, I do agree it is homogeneous to both K800/K810. Overall, a Very Good cybershot lifestyle phone based on its retail price.

Very solid and nice phone. I like this slim design and camera picture quality will beat all Nokia phones cameras easily.
Ok, camera phones are phones, not cameras. If you are looking for the camera, go to by that rather than phone with camera.
I can recommend this phone.

Hmmm... that's weird. In the specs, it says it has BestPic mode. But in the review, it says it has NO BestPic mode. I'm confused

This phone is probably the best thing available on the Three network at the moment, Its the thinnest 3.2 Cybershot available AND one of the smallest phones available on three full stop. With all the 15 - 20 pound tariffs they are doing now this has to be their number one seller for christmas....If they can get enough stock.

I just bought my K770i phone 4 days ago and I previously had a K800i model. Here are some of the things I like about the phone:
-Light weight, compact and handy especially when you're walking. Very easy to keep even when I'm wearing tight pants.
-The navigation key is superior than K800i and less likely to get damaged.
-I got the Ultra Violet phone and I personally like it. Masculine yet stylish.
Here are the things I don't appreciate about the phone:
-There's no Pause/Play button that automatically launches the Music Player while in Stand-by mode so I have to access the menu to launch it.
-It doesn't have the Camera-ish Flash effect when taking pictures but it can produce light like a Flashlight. I rarely use this feature though.
-The sound quality when playing thru the loudspeaker is not as good as the K800i probably because it's positioned on the lower portion but it's just as good when you're using the headphone.
-Videos don't move when you scroll over them on the selection menu but GIF files still do.
Personally, I like the K770i is better then the K800i because it's very handy without sacrificing most of it's features. Eventhough I miss the snappy Flash effect w/c makes the K800i at par w/ a digicam, I don't use the feature that much anyways.
Finally, for those guys who don't care much about how stylish your phone looks and cares more about functionality, this is the phone to get.
Oh, and the K770i is speaker phone capable too.

I've had the SE k800i for a year now and had the chance of trying the k770 as a free upgrade but choose not to keep it. First off, the good points of the k770:
- Slimmer
- No joystick (the one on the k800 is starting to get faulty)
- The keypad is great, excellent feel to it
- Battery last as long as k800 and maybe more.
Now the reasons I didn't keep it:
- The camera cover is very nice, but extremely difficult to get open. I had to go with my nails to open it.
- The call quality is not as good as k800. The calls are not as clear and get cutoff more often
- The reception doesn't seem as good as k800
- I could swear the screen is smaller but i would need to measure it to be sure.
- Feels slower than the k800. Doesn't respond as quickly to key presses.
The picture quality is equal to the k800 although the k770 is better in low light conditions and all its picture have a warmer tint to it (more yellowish).
