hey guys i am mostafa from Egypt and i have just bought this mobile but i think there are some problem with the battery.....i really don't know if this because of the hot wheather...i want some one to tell me if the wheather affects on the battery ability???...please i wait 4 the answer

But don't increase the volume... U will damage the loudspeaker. U will lose the quality after a while.
I recomend u even not to set the volume to the max level. Always set it two steps below max.

2)U can't protect the message box, but I don't know such an application.

Hi everyone,
Someone mentioned in this forum that you can read office documents on this phone if sent as attachment in an email. Well, i have not been able to do that. Is it true that word and powerpoint documents can be viewed on the phone?
2. Is there any apps one can use to prevent access to the messages or pictures/videos on this phone?
I'll be grateful for a reply.

I made a mistake..
I'm using a 1GB memory not 1MB!!!
I think the phone supports upto 2GB

to jo k800 and k810 are better the two phones has the same camera but 810 is more expensive because better materials. but k800 is about enough

Even driving a quiet car with radio off, air con on lowest setting and windows up, I have to turn it onto loudest setting and cup my hand behind the phone so that the sound reflects and I can have a decent conversation. Likewise outdoors watching mobile content its generally not possible to hear, eg. movie previews.
If you want to use speakerphone a lot, consider another mobile with a speaker at the front of the phone, or in a quiet environment.

Great phone, hard to beat even when my network provider says its free to upgrade to another!
Big issue, I have to send it back for a software & memory reset twice now. Once under warranty another time at my expense. That's AUD 80 a pop!, ouch!. Each time Sony Ericsson treat it as a non-event.
Hello!!!! Being without a phone for a week. That's a huge event for me.
Their recommended fix, leave the phone on 24/7. What a cop out answer, obviously they are going to win a green choice award or help me save the planet !
They say it is emails and other content corupting over time. The phone will function normally, but on restart, it won't boot up correct and you can't read the display. First time I've ever had this problem with a phone.

I'm using a 1MB memory with mine. It's almost full, There is no problem. It works perfect.
I think there will be no problems with 2MB memory.

The prices aren't the same.
Actually the more expensive phone is better than cheaper one.
But the advantages of k810 over k800 aren't so advanced,
Some changes in the design, a little bit more battery life and a little more memory support.
For a normal user, k800 is better and cheaper.

Set up a gmail account if you do not have one. Then email to that account any files you want to view as attachments. Then you can access and open the files through accessing gmail from your mobile device. The only file type that can't be opened this way is excel. I would expect this to work with any Java based handset.

Does anyone know what's the max memory card capacity? Currently I'm using a 512MB M2 card. I was told you can't use too big a capacity, otherwise the phone will hang. Thanks.
