Sony Ericsson K800

I have used the Iphone, now just have the Ipod touch and use a Sony Ericsson Elm, but to be honest have got bored of carrying around a phone and camera. My latest Sony Cybershot digital camera does STILL not compare to my K800i from 2006 - and there is not another phone that comes close to it's picture or build quality, so I have gone back to the K800i until a replacement of better quality comes along - oh and mobile phone companies - QUIT with the LED flash please - a total waste of time!!

I have this phone but the stand by time is not too good and regularly i have to charge it. I cannot take it out of my house because it charges off and i cannot even call a person for more than 15 seconds

its casing is ugly now but It was and still my hero.
I drop it/accidently kicked it like dont know how many zillion times.I was rough on it. its now 4 years.
its battery standby time and its performance I cant believe it.the battery replaced 2 years ago. still can last OMFG standby for 3 days uncharged with some calls and few sms.judging by the picture quality it produce, the entertainment. the games. it never fails me. the legend of sony.

I cant find any better phone/PDA to replace it,though its loud speaker,its stick, and camera are now slowly degrading.

im using it since three years,dropped it hard hundereds of times & still working very very good very strong phone..battery just like new & long life

Guys... Am using this till 2006.. Believe me.. its awesome.. i ve been searching a phone to compensate my K800i.. still NOT... i hope i ll not... Do u believe.. After 4yrs.. its battery stands for 2days.. i listen to music almost 4hrs/day.. speak minimum of 2hrs/per day.. i would have dropped more than 5O times.. Best Phone in the History of SE

16\12\2010 hiiiiiiiii i have been using this mobile for about 1.5 years & I am still astonished for the performance(very good) of this mobile it really excellent mobile & it deserve its name (king of SE) & i Think Iam going now towards K850i & I hope to find it as i heard it is no longer avilable in my country egypt sony ericsson is the besssssssssst

The best phone ever, I been using it for four years and no problem (exept battery, but after four years what can you ask for more)

im using it for two and half years. so far it was good. i didnt change the batery so far and it last only one day now. its good for internet browsing and fantastic with mini opera. bit mini opera stuck time to time. camera is amazing and good quality. theres a loose connection in power socket. excellent reciever and 3g works well. scroll is not soft to finger though. i will try a nokia next time

I still have mine in hand... the only problem is its weak battery. it won't last a day already. Have been very much satisfied with this one. And this is one of the reasons SE made their name in the market. too bad they don't produce bst33 batteries anymore. I'm planning to buy a new one. SE of course. but what would best compare to this phone... The new ones are all stuck with touch screens. and i hate touch screens! hehe!

Unmatchabe, using it for more than 3 years, in my experience, best phone for java games, rough use, awesome camera..

I have had this phone since 2006 and have to say it really was/is a quality phone! I probably took about 6k photo's, played about a years worth of music through it, watched plenty of national geographic on it.
I did damage it though, from playing music in very humid climates, i.e in my bathroom, by the coast etc.
But i had dropped it about 30 times and it only has one dent. This phone was built to last a lifetime.
I recently bought a nokia 6220 classic with a 5mp camera and quality wise - it doesn't even compare. My Sony outshoots the Nokia by tenfold.
Ok it doesn't have all the fancy gadgets/apps/functions etc but it was The best phone i have ever used.

Although the model is old but undoubtedly this is one of the best mobile. Since last 4 years I am using this with no complains. I was trying to find out if any other mobile does have the same feature of picture editing that K800i has. Is there any other which can edit the taken picture, zoom in zoom out, brightness, sharpness etc. and then save the picture with these editing?
