can anyone have the idea about 2 things:
which software plays / supports .3gp format, while transferring my movie from phone to my PC.? and from where i can get..
and how to convert .3gp format into other formats like wma, wav etc?

to lock your phone, do the following
setting ---> security ---> locks -->phone protection ---> change code ---> old code = 0000 --->new code = whatever you want ---> save ---> when you done picking your code, go to protection (still in the phone protection tab) and turn on

Yeah,I've finally lay my hands on K800i. It's indeed an excellent hp and great features. Not to mention, the camera is excellent and crystal clear. The xenon flash really works wonders and it's exactly like a normal digicam's flash! But 1 drawback abt this hp is the grip, it seems like abit out of place and my hand can grip and grab well onto the phone. Well, it's still an excellent phone! Go get it!

I think K800 is one of the best sonyericsson's mobiles! Great camera.
But also it's a little unconfortable in hand!

K800i is a great phone. Amazing features. SE must release another stylish version of this. The design is more towards a camera than a phone.

their seem to be loads of faults with this phone im not sure wether to get it or not now i thought sony erricson were good the w800i has lots of probs aswell whats wrong wit them just make a good quality phone 4 once im gonna stick with lg their latest phones have no probs at all!

Love this phone to bits. Not had a problem...until today. Some one sent me an mms and the download icon was flashing. The phone then crashed. Rebooted itself after about 5 secs. It now crashes then reboots and five second intervals. Cant do a thing with it. Any ideas guys?

Can anyone help me on how to lock the phone ,like with a password(i not talking about key pad lock)so when ever need to use must enter a password.

Anyone no if you can keep the flash on permanantly ie-for a video, because recording a video at night is pointless the flash comes on for 1 second.Please dont tell me to use night mode as this is crap in video mode.

got this phone a week ago. It's very good.ppl say the price is high for this phone but its not. i mean 3.2 camera!! of course it will cost a lot! i mean its de cheapest 1 put of all de 3.2 cameras! im impressed wid phone!!and i love it!

I just got this phone a week ago and it runs well. I'm scared the massive screen will get scratched though.
The camera quality is brilliant, too bad the phone didnt come with a memory card, i have to order one.
This is my first SE phone. I've been using samsung for 5 years and this is a refreshing change. 8.8/10

Does any one read the SPECs part of this page?
Bluetooth version is 2.0 and is a2dp.

The K800i MP3 freezes several times a day. To clear the problem requires the phone to be turned off to reset. What a bloody nuicance! I will never by the inital release of a new phone - they just don't do enough testing to sort out the bugs.
While its of little consolation I'm advised the Nokia N73 also freezes.
