Sony Ericsson K800

Got the K800i 2 weeks ago. Great phone. Downside is the keypad its small so large fingers make it hard to use. joystick has a slight delay when navigating the phone. Software supplied isnt very good at all, easier just to connect the phone to pc via usb and it comes on as an extra hard drive then you can transfer any files you want no problem. Apart from that its an excellent phone, the camera gets 9.5 out of 10 from me. Worth buying

I've had this phone for about 3 weeks now, and it's awesome. the camera is sick! only couple annoying thing is that the phone crashed on me a couple times...also i wish the phone was a little shorter and not that long by a few mm. BUT OTHER THAN THAT ITS GREAT!

i got sony ericsson k800i a week ago now and it is superb. i have had a huge problem with the software not recognising the phone and also my friend has had trouble connecting his. my solution buy a memory card and stick it into your computer you can transfer software from your computer straight to the memory card and it works really well. i dont have to connect it to the usb now. but overall this phone is fabolous and should be boaght by anyone. camera is great screen is great and it looks brilliant as well. buy this phone

I am planning to buy a cell-phone, but i am not sure if I will go with Sony Ericsson K800 or Nokia N80. I have tried both cell-phones and they are great.
I liked Nokia N80 because I can connect to wifi connection, and browes the internet using my wireless router. and that's really great.
Does Sony Ericsson K800 has the same thing ?

ive seen a k800i and compared it with my k750i. yes its a cybershot phone... pretty cool. but i didnt saw the megabass sound option in the sound player.

Somebody can tell me if I can use micro memory made by LG.I can't get micro stick made by Sony,in Nigeria,only one is available here-made by LG

Hi, what type of charger is included with this unit? (cradle, wall plug, usb, etc.) My other question is, how tight is the camera cover? Will it slide open in your pocket? Thanks! -Steve

WOW!!! This is the best phone on the market in South Africa. I tried the NOkia N80 but its to much for a cell phone. STUNNING WORK SONY ERICSSON.

I had to return the phone due to consistent voice dialling problems: didn't work 80% of the time (compared to 15% with a much older SE model); loud, spooky crackling sounds coming from the back of the phone (which only ceased when the battery and sim card were removed); and a loud shrieking coming from the phone (same thing re: taking out battery and sim). - Very weird.
Have heard that SE's sometimes seize up, but I only experienced that on a very old model that my provider consequently removed from sale; otherwise they've been great up until now.
Anyone else having voice dialling problems?

I have seen a brown version of the k800i on ebay. Is that orignal SE or just an aftermarket customization. I dont see the brown color mentioned on SE's website. It Sure does look nice though.

I love this fone soooooo much, if there's any fone which can take beta pics that this i'll not believe it, it has an outstanding quality to it which is fa better that the earlier SE models, the onli models which have been a spot on this is the K750(a gr8 fone aswell) Music player is superb, and large screen is fab, especialy the fact that u can turn it horizontaly and watch it lyk a widescreen, u can also watch T.V on it, which i bet costz a fortune, but nothing's not a bonous(if that makez sence, lol)

ppl, i've heard that the joystick on the K800I can break easily, is this true, i've just bought a K800I and it's photo and video quality are both great!
Also i've read that the phone crashes a lot, has anyone had this problem occouring?
1 more thing has anybody had any bad experiences with this phone, e.g not being able to syncronise music files frm their computer to their K800I?

Does any1 no if u can buy a "2GB" micro memory card 4 the K800I becoz u can buy 2GB 4 K750I. Also does any1 think the 1GB micro memory cards r realy expensive compared to the 1GB pro cards 4 K750I?

I am getting this phone soon, and can't wait to use the cybershot camera! there's no need to buy a digital camera, radio or MP3 when youv'e got a phone as goo as this, gr8 features!
