Yes. Its a super phone thats worth every cent spent on it. The camera coupled with the xenon flash beats most phones that are available.

I bought the k800i @ singapore that was 2007,the phone is great and i dont have problem. there was a time the phone was dropped many times and until now i still used it. i love this phone for 3yrs using.

Brilliant phone had it almost 5 years and the only damage is cosmetic ... and thats only after numerous drops down the stairs

well, this is a great phone but you really have to take good care of the joystick... mine is still functioning well although the joystick's performance isn't really that good as before... but it's still functioning and I'm still loving it...^_^

I bought a SE k800i in 2007 and I had no problem with it until January 2010, when I accidentaly dropped it in the sink. The built-in speaker was quite lame to be honest, but with a wireless Sony speaker, the sound quality was delightful. The battery was also great: it lasts 4 to 5 days of use with that wireless speaker, a little bit of Internet and, of course, a few phonecalls every day.
This is also an extremely easy to use phone. After spending like 15-30 minutes with it you shall have no problems at all using it full-capacity.
Some might not like its design but I have to tell you I think it is quite elegant.
I give it a 9.50 out of 10 because the joystick will stop working fine after a year of use and because of the lame speaker.

Well the info about the memory is incorrect. I have a 4gb card and my k800i supports it.

Gr8 fone. Av bn using it for a long tym now. Though you have to be careful with the joystick! Am using opera mini 2.1, 3, 4.2, 5.1 and 5 beta 2 and the perfomance is awesome and the speed is excellent though sometimes hangs. If you have this fone please take good care of it because getting another one might be very difficult.

Ive had this phone for two years and its a good phone. I dropped it so many times like down the stairs onto the tiles and it didnt break or anything its still working. The camera is really good but the earphones stop working after a while

harde, 26 Aug 2010i don't see any reason for others to fall victim of the sam... morek800i can use opera mini 4.2 with other apps also. what you have to do is to set the. java apps profile . the same way you set the internet profile

i don't see any reason for others to fall victim of the same error we made. Sonyericsson k800i is a nice phone with good camera but what is the essence of a phone that cannot use operamini or other browsing application... I thinkn the management should find solution to that cause, am still using the phone..

I have had many K800i's, because I'm a phone dealer, and I have noticed some common defects (on most of these) on this phone:
- Earphone (in the phone) fails quickly - it gets the unclear tone when volume is turned on to about max.
- Camera trigger button fails quickly
- Joystick on this phone requests a gentle approach, otherwise it also fails very quickly
- Charging problems: it's highly recommended to plug the charger jack into the phone first, after that plug the charger into the bushing, otherwise you could get charging failure.
- About software: be gentle with the picture viewer, it may happen that the phone resets when viewing pictures of higher resolution (3 mpix).
That’s about all I can remember right now.
Overall this is a very good phone, but ONLY when using it gently. K800i doesn't tolerate hard usage. All of this goes for K810i also, because K800i and K810i are technically identical.

great cellphone, with excellent graphic
but i hate the fact that its "too" thick
i still dont know how to use the internet on it.
