i've always been a nokia user,never been comfortable in using anything else. but i always end up getting a newer version of what i have for nokia...then i got my first ever non-nokia phone from my hubby...k800i ericsson. i was in doubt at first,but since it was a gift,i had to use it. now i am very happy that i got a k800i...never been satisfied like this before! im a "camera whore" as my friends call me,so this one is soooooo perfect! i had been using my k800i for a year now & still works perfectly! thanks to my k800i & my hubby carlito!

"D" ... you should to upgrade your phone via USB wire, because "update service on the phone" doesn't work properly...
so, connect k800 to computer via usb, open SE website with newest upgrade software, download it and just run application, it's easy to do...

The best phone i have ever used and am still using it after three years now. It has been dropped accidentally on more than enough occasions but it still in very good shape. The camera is so amazing. I love it too much to let go and it has blinded me to newer phones.

i m using this hp more than 3 years...including picture underwater(using hypergear waterproof case)the picture quality still clear....only one time it unable to turn 'on' due to software corrupt...after reprogram back(by technician)it okay back..now it still giving me the best performance...

I orignally got in from the Gulf & now im settled in India i love the phone & its features but im starting to face problems with Network where its not pulling the network signal (network reception) & keeps fluctuating however a nokia works fine. I thought it might be coz my phone is pretty old so i tried updating the software using the update service on the phone ...it states that there is an update available & downloads a 3&1/2 Mb file after doing so it gives a message stating that verifying the downloaded package & then Verification Failed ANY IDEA WHY AM I GETTING THIS ERROR MESSAGE??????? & what can i do to improve the network reception on the handset. please help i really like this phone allot. i even tried updating the software on the PC but its still the same software.
Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee HEEELlllllllllpppppppp????

The colour of my beautiful k800i phone is fading on the edges. Is there a face for this phone ? Instead of me upgrading.

Yea, its a fabulous cellphone. Tha more impoortantly. the camera is marvellous. The 3G system makes it spellbounded.

I have this phone for about 3 and half years now and i must say this phone is superb. It fits on my need. Camera is more than great. Very clear image output. You cant hardly see any distorted image. It works well also at night maybe because of the xenon flash. The thing i have problem with this phone is that the battery drains fast. Like im on a 3G band and i take pictures a lot, after maybe 2hrs you need to charge it. But no worries though, i buy separate battery just for this. Its like my mini-DSLR. I put a 2G M2 on this phone and it runs smoothly. Very very great phone from SE.

One of my soft buttons are not working. The menu soft button is not responding. This is a very important button because it performs a myriad of tasks,please help. I can't put the automatic key lock on
