And nokia N-gage isnt a success because nokia never make game consoles like sony, nintendo or sega. nokia only make a phone with game controller apperarance with symbian inside and nothing more. You look for the PSP (play station portable) a step in portable gaming devices, in the future you will see a SE model with PS branding like walkman and cyber-shot latest SE models. SE is in integration process with sonys brands and technologies

Hello Dreadnought, you arent a nokia fan?????
Please, view your previous commets about your glorious N93 and be objetive, the only word that exists in your dictionary is n-o-k-i-a, be happy with your briks, i dont have a problem with this.
If you arent a nokia fan, as you say, probably you view the reality and dont be sarcastic about SE, you will see the future models of SE and close your mouth, always is the same between nokia and SE.
If you arent nokia fan and be a tech lover probably will be a samsung fan with fantastic phones (10MP, optical zoom, EV-DO with 12Mbps, best screens, etc) but it isnt with you.
And SE ALWAYS beat nokia in ALL parameters, long time ago since T68 to nowadays, this fact always irritate nokia fanatics like you and others. Actually only look the case of K750 vs N90... please, only be objetive.
Your acctitude is a joke and cause me laught, and really wait that the new SE model BEAT your N93.
      Good bless you!!

Oh, how lovely indeed... I´m back talking with 5-year olds...
Alright... I´ll play along, Tarantula. But first; WHY IS CIVILIZED DISCUSSION SO BLOODY HARD FOR YOU FANATICS!!! WHY?!

You stated that I am comparing the N93 with the K800? That´s funny, I just stated that they should NOT be compared with each other. Maybe you should read properly before posting.
Am I the one being childish? Umm... Wasn´t it you who started making up some clumsy jokes about the N93, used as an window breaker. THAT does not only reflect childishness, but also bad taste of humour. And besides, what do you care if the N93 is bigger or not, you are just jealous because your favourite company has failed to create anything that can match it. You are all going along about some great handycam-phone, but where is it, when will it arrive? UiQ and touchscreen? Do you remember the hype of the K800, the Wilma? You all thought that it would be a masterphone with "yes" on every part in the statistics. Well, it turned out to be a plain cameraphone with a monstrous design. My point here is that you should not await too much from a phone that no one here has even seen yet.
Oh, and you mentioned that SE will always beat Nokia in all parameters, that´s ultimate SE blindness. They just lost the title of the best camera phone and you are talking about total victory in all fields. Gsus, where have you been?

Another thing, I don´t care who came up with the design used in the N90/N92/N93. Was it Sharp or Samsung or General Motors? I DON´T care. I just said that the handycam model will most likely use the same design, I didn´t say Nokia invented it... READ before you post, please.
About SE strategy, WHO exactly would ever buy a PlayStation if you could have a PlayStation in your phone. And it seems that gaming and mobile-phones should not connected too closely, as the N-Gage concept made by Nokia didn´t really become a success...

That was about all, I think. Thanks for your time kids.

And once again: I_am_not_a_Nokia_fan. I just speak the thruth, as I see it and trying to be neutral. But your attitudes are slowly starting to bug me...

Dreadnought you are more childist than anyone in this forum, you are the unique person in this formum that compare N93 with K800, you know that these phones only have the resolution camera in common, both phones are totally different, and i see some pics with the final version of K800 firmware and i dont sure that N93 is a lot better than K800, probably optical zoom is the unique advantage in photographic field...
And the handycam phone will beat your N93, remember that SE always beat nokia in all parameters, only wait because handycam phone will be released at the end of the year and come with better video, more tech inside (handycam branded), symbian UiQ (for touchscreen operation like latest handycams, and is a lot better than MEDIOCRE S60!!!).
And the form factor will be in clamshell, not like N90 or N93, it like Samsung or Sharp clamshells with rotator screens (Dreadnought always think that nokia is a pioneer in all fields, but this type of clamshells was first in sharp and samsung models, not in N90 and N93 huge and heavy bricks!)
Handycam phone is the next logical step in SE strategy, and in the near future you will see SE Play Station and Sony brings the trademarks and technologies to SE in the company strategy and promotion.

The most IMPORTANT spec that I would like to highlight to all Nokia fan. Nokia phone does NOT come with "xenon flash" so u can't take clear picture at low light (at night), LCD flash far more dim compare to xenon flash. Trust me.

I have had the pleasure of having both of these cell-phones K800 and N93. I personally think the N93 camera is better but overall K800 is much better. Nokia N93 is too heavy and feels like you are carrying a rock in your pocket and also the K800 display screen is excellent and the whole cell-phone itself is reseonably priced as compared to Nokia N93.

I work in a factory in Malaysia where these K800 cell-phones are being produced.

It's a fact. Nokia N93 camera is better than k800. It is also a fact nokia is very ugly and big and bulky and sucks and...

I´m very interested about these handycam rumours, so does anyone have ANYTHING solid about a SE phone which takes advantage of the "Handycam" brand? Is it just a story which some hardcore SE fan has started to spread on the forums or what?

Personally, I don´t think that the idea of a handycam is impossible at all. The model, if ever announced, will most likely copy the design of the N90/N92/N93. I also believe that it would hold a far more advanced video recording system than the ancient QCIF. And if it would run on Symbian, it could truly compete with the N93. But the N93 seems quite finished so SE has got to hurry if they want to make it in time for the "race"... Otherwise, it might also compete with the also rumoured N83 (if ever announced).

And a few words about the size of the N93. It´s not that big, your low-end attempts to somehow make the N93 look less glorious are not only childish but also poor. Let´s try to be mature. The N93 is only about 30 grams heavier than the W900 and holds a lot more inside, they even made an internal radio which seemed to be impossible for the W900.
A phone is huge when you cant fit it in a normal pocket, and you can fit the N93 easily. That´just it.

Dreadnought says the truth, the 1 kilogram clamshell N93 cant be compared to the K800, N93 is a smartphone and has other features and better video recording, it could be compared to the future SE handycam with UiQ, will be later by the end of the year. And N93 dont released yet, with this BIG phone you can break windows, doors, rob banks and etc.
The main rival of K800 is the N73 and samsung Z710

Why are everyone comparing this brickie with the N93?? It´s already been proved that the N93 nailed this brickie from the bottom to the top...

The main competitor will be the N73. That´s a far more even fight...

It comparison with the review of the n93, the n93's camera is in fact better then the k800's. Unfortunatly, it comes at the cost of it being a brick and barely resembling a mobile phone. The price is also well over the k800s.

                                        Conclusion: K800i will still own!
