i have this phone for 3 months the problem i m facing is that at the time of calling or when someone calls me on screen ONLY NUMBER is shown instead of NAME saved in phone book y ? but phobe book all ok i have saved upto 130 contacts even i can access them through phonebook but at the time of calling its not shown.
can any help in this regard.

sylvester, 04 Feb 2009is the sound quality good?? i've been using w810i for 2 yea... moreyes it has very good sound quality via earphones. i have heard some details in soundtracks that i have never heared with any other player or any other earphone or whatever.

IS THE k800 HAVE BETTER BATTERY THAN THE 53... morehi, hope you havent bought your new phone yet. well, i have not had 5310 so no idea about what's it's battery life. this phone has problem with battery only if you use the 3g network all the time. but you can swich off the 3g network and select gsm only if you dont use 3g.
then the battery would be ok.
camerra - recommended
sound- recommended. (but via speakers not very very good, but okay.
sound- via headset is excellent i can say.
but all in all, this is one of the best, if not the best, that you could ever have for this price category. :) so do take a look at it if anyone of your friends have one. then decide.

Anonymous, 25 Feb 2009you cannot get this phone on brandnew... its already phaseo... moreyou need to have one of this phone to understand why people like it sooo much and why it's still got demand after 3 years since release. i can give you few reasons. main thing is camera which really gives you the quality of a digicam. it is sony ericcson, a cybershot, and 3.2 mp. :) then it has got all the features that most of the sophisticated phones have, still it has very low price. that's why i say this is the best affordable camera phone for anyone. :)

my camrea also isnt working, take a picture and then goes back to the menu. i think its a common fault as im not the only one. any1 got any ideas?

my camera does not work now, eveytime i down the lens cover to take pictures, it comes back to main menu.any1 can suggest how to resolve it?

i'v been using this for 10 months now. the specification said music files in AAC format can b played in this model but it can't. wht's the problem? :-(

i have k810i and i also delete some files and when i do reset i get back those applications. but not confirm abut deleted games.

Any one can help me out with this problem....
I have a SE k800i and accidentally i may have deleted few files...and now the games and applications are not found and not working. If i select it, it says operation failed...

I make moderate amount of calls and shoot photos listen to music but still phone's battery lasts for a week. battery of k800 is the best I think. I dropped my phone couple of times but still working fine. rock hard I would say. It only lacks the good video recording otherwise it gives you best set of features for the money you spent on it.
