guys.i have a problem..the camera has a defect...there somekind of black thing appearing when using the camera.and after taking shot,the picture also have that black thing..i bought it last monday...what can i do?it has a 1 year service warranty..i bought it at robinsons place ermita telecom..thanks..any help will be appreciated.

This phone is so much great. one thing i dont like this phone the keypad. I want to buy it, but the keypad is discouraging me so much. the designed is perfect really, but please change the keypad into much comfortable like k800.

While you send email via this service you can Instantly take picture by clicking Write email->Attachments.
Not only pictures you can send videos or just record video and can send directly to email etc.

Dear Friends , Now you can check your GMails using Sony Ericsson's Built in E-Mail Program. To access e-Mails you have to go to Messaging -> Email. Now here are the settings. Settings are NOT Operator specific. That means either you have CellOne or Vodafone whatever you can use it. Yes you need GPRS. Those who do not have GPRS should also read it to configure their phone in advance. Here we go. 1 Log in to Gmail account on PC. To enable IMAP in your Gmail account: Log in to your Gmail account. Click Settings at the top of any Gmail page. Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP. Select Enable IMAP. Configure your IMAP client* and click Save Changes. ------ Now take your Beautiful Sony Ericsson phone. Go to Messaging -> Email -> Settings -> New Account -> Account Name = GMail -> Connect Using -> Your Operator GPRS Setting -> Email id -> Connection Type = IMAP4 - > Incoming Server -> imap.gmail.com -> Usrename -> password -> Outgoing Server= smtp.gmail.com -> Advanced Settings -> Click on ENCRYPTION -> Incoming Server = SSL -> Outgoing Server = TLS Save them. Do not change port number. Go Back to Messaging. Click EMail and select left key which you use to accept call. That's it.
In advanced settings :-
Select Push EMail ON
Download S & R -> Subjects Only
when you select Subject then data traffic becomes less. When you select Push email ON then just like Blackberry you get notified about new email.

Been using this phone for 4 months now... Still can't get enough of it... I sometimes stunned by the quality of the pictures... The camera is too good with it's xenon flash... Good mp3 player too... The Best phone i ever used... SE Rocks

it doesnt matter if you can zoom in 3.2mp mode or not...whenever u take the picture...
you can zoom in anywer on the picture u took and save any specific spot in the picture

hi! i'm a big fan of S.E & have been using strictly S.E eversince.. i was planning to purchase another S.E handset 3 days ago to try out the 3.2mp CYBERSHOT series since i stuck w/ the WALKMAN series for a long time. so the obvious choices were either the k800i or the k810i, i went w/ the pioneer 3.2mp unit so i went w/ the k800i. it was good at first but somethings bothering me & for the 1st time for a S.E unit, the unit doesnt feel right.. something at the back of my head was saying that i should've chosen the k810i instead. (sorry for the loyal k800i users, just sharing my thought..) i still went w/ the k800i for a whole day at work & i had no complaints: picture quality was excellent & sounds were fair & clear, but still thinking of the k810i. so yesterday, i decided to go back & get the k810i. Man, i felt way better & satisfied w/ the k810i unit. im not saying that the k810i is the better unit, but the "FEEL" of the unit is different when comparing both units.. same outsanding features but k810i is more comfortable in the palm.

i suggest you buy k810i
im using it now.
its a newer model compared to k800 and less bulky.
k800 was rated higher because when it is first introduced there was not much 3.2 mp.

the front camera is only used for 3G function. you cannot take photo using it.

Congratulations for buying the most beautiful and the best 3.2mp cam phone in world. To install Games or Applications copy the .jar file into OTHERS. Now click INSTALL by going to Others folder. Have a nice day.

download the games and then transfer them to the K810i with the USB cable that you should of got with your K810i

this phone is great..the size is oaky...the camera is great..the music is low abit but wit the headset its okay already...the buttons are good...easy to sms...
but how do i download games from the internet?
i mean dload games from net to pc then transfer to the handphone? how do i do dat?
