Impossible question to answer as the K810i hasn't been on the market long enough to judge. I've had mine about 8 weeks and the joystick is still perfect. It does seem much better than the K800's joystick, so I hope SE have resolved the issues.

Guys,please tell me which how long does the joystick of k810 would last?Coz I really interested in this phone but I scared the joystick would not last long..Hope u guys can heip me with it..Thanks:)

Guys,
Can those of you who own the phone tell me what handfree or ear piece inside the box when you bought it?
i read article on the net and it tell me the Handsfree HPM-62 support to be inside the phone. But today i went to one of the phone shop in my area and one customer bought the phone and when they open the box i saw the ear piece that look like an normal old style earpiece like those anicent cassette player ear piece. I think the shop took out the original one and place a cheap ear piece inside the box and sold off the original seperately~ I m living in South east asia region. All shop here import the phone from singapore side.

the k800i and k810i is same by all features
only design is defrent and k810i is good looking than k800i...

i meant can you change the ringtone for texts 2 a downloaded 1 cos you couldnt on my K700i. it only had 6 preset ones

Yes you can change the tone for ur messages but they aren't very much louder. The battery last me about 2 and a half days with light use. If I use it alot it will last me 2 days. You might have left your phone in the car which can damage the battery or might have charged it way too much. When you get your phone your supposed to use the phone until the battery is low then charge it overnight while your sleeping. That will max up the batterys performance. only charge when you need to. only use car charges for 20 minutes or so. if you leave it on there too long it can mess up your phone also.

I got this phone just about 2 weeks the phone is great i just want to ask coz i need to charge my battery everyday is that normal? it seems that the battery drained so fast... is there any firmware that will fix this? help please...

set is cool... key pad is good... sound is satisfactory.... but i m afraid of the joystick...

Ok so I just this phone the other day and I have to say I love it. The track id is awesome and I love the mp3 player. The picture is good, but not great! what do expect for a 3.2 anyways? The speaker for the mp3 and call volume is also good , but isn't great. I'd rate it 8 out of 10. The joystick is very hard to use if you've been playing ball. you would have to dry it off very well. it is a dust magnet so you guys who are thinking about buying it... get a mirco fiber cloth at the nearest sunglass hut and carry that with you. it should run you about $10 dollars. all and all I love this phone and I think I will be stinking with it for awhile! good job SE for correcting the call volume! much better then the k800 volume.
