I have had the K810i for just over a year and I've had problems with the keypad. The unusual buttons, although funky in appearance, started to stop working altogether!
The '0' button stopped working, making it impossible to enter in numbers (pretty annoying when wanting to add a new number to the phonebook etc.).
A majority of the buttons have stopped working.
Now looking for another phone!

BUT and its a Big BUT .....
since i upgraded K810i's firmware to 'R8BA024'
The Battery Doesnt seem to last longer then the previous firmware.
Dont know why but its weird and abit worrying.

Similar... moreK810i is slightly better then K800i, trust me having the two in 1 room and playing with them.
you would like the K810i more, its just that slight bit better then K800i
iv had K800i and K810i toghether

shy, 10 Oct 2008i just got my se k810i yesterday and this is my 1st time vi... moreshy, it is just a matter on how you use your phone. No matter what they say about this fone, for me, I still love my K810i. jus take care of it.. dnt use it too much for sending sms..

The TRUTH about K810i's Durablility is:
Joystick - Will Cope with all falling, iv dropped mine loads of times the Joystick STILLL WORKS!
Keypad - The Paint will flake off but its not visible, so dont worry about that either and it ALWAYS WORKS!
The Rest is Perfect, no problems at all
Iv had my K810i since May 2007 ...
It works like a Charm even Now!

i am using k810i for over 3 months and i found no problem in it and working quite beautifully. sound clarity, camera clarity are flawless. if you can really get to use all the features or even most of the features of the this model, you would love that piece.
my only advice to other consumers is use it well but be extra careful with its keypad. users have fave problems regarding the same.
