It is a very good phone.It looks great.Its degisn is better than K800i.It takes high quality pictures.Its MP3 sound is good but loudspeaker is not so loud.It is a very good phone for a internet user.I like my K810i very much.

I've just got my K810i but I can't install the cd as i have Vista. Where can I get the correct drivers etc as I can't seem to find it on the sony website. Thanks

No problem with the Joystick at all after 1 Year with me. Thank God:)
it just needs to be Used carefully and not abused
then it will last forever

Dany, which one is better - k810 or N73? N73 has carl zeiss. and symbian too so it is document viewer ready. PL help! Thanks.

HI Dani,
A friend showed me N73. It has carl zeiss lens. Dany, how is this phn against K810i? one thing is 810i doesnt have EDGE and in India rite now, EDGE is used primarily. 3G is a while away. Plus, N73 has Symbian and is doc viewer ready. Pl suggest. Thanks!

NO! The K810 is not better than 5610xm at Music playback. K810 is very soft. But K810 is better at Camera.

The joystick of K810 is just fine. No problem with it. It's more convenient to navigate than a non-joystick model. I can play games with ease. Joystick is not a big issue! Hassle-free!

Id recommend K810i
its slightly better then K770i in terms of Camera, Display, Multimedia
K810i has these over K770i:
Xenon Flash
2 Inch display
3G Video calling
Photo applications
Blogging for Pictures

last year i had k800i it was bulk but good. nice camera but the lens cover always opens when in pocket or in bags!!! now i made up my decision i throw in the trash can the k800i and buy k810i.... k810i is the best less size and weight the lens cover is perfect all of it is ok.... for those who says the joystick etc... are giving upor loosing its control or not responding you are to stupid to handle such a phone like k810i if you want to stay your phones fuctionallity long and good you must handle it with care and it will last until your last breathe.... don't be so stupid and lazy to handle this phone....

really great phone but only has one real problem and that is it has a joy stick and after almost a year of having the phone it is starting to give a few problems. camera is amazing

Hi Dani and others,
I have read the posts and found them quiet useful. I am buying a new phone and cant decide which 1. I want more of a camera phn than a music one. Hence was seriously thinking of cybershot series. K770 is the later version and k810 is an older one. 770 is also slimmer. Feature wise, which phone is better? I read that keypad of 810 is really awkward. Wud appreciate your feedback. Thanks!
