it takes 10 minutes! 10 minutes!
with the new firmware the K850i is totally reliable! honestly its solid!
It works!
I dont know what your point is but your just doing what you always do backing up your N95 for the sake of .....?
the fact is most of us are happy with SE's and what you say - people will just correct you

the n95 i had 18 months ago is the same n95 i have now, just software issues. nothing has failed on it.
it's reliable.

when i got mine it got BROD, fair enough - a simple re-flash of firmware solved it
Now my replacement K850i with the NEW R1FA firmware is PERFECT PERFECT and simply PERFECT
nick, one question....
What about N95 when it was released, its firmware was Buggy and not reliable!
Now with the new 3.0 and 3.1 it has been improved!
just the same thing with K850i, new firmware - improvement
K850i's hardware is SOLID, mines coped with all sorts everything just works perfectly!

Dani, 06 Dec 2008K850i is totally reliable!but everyone sends them back. i know three people who own the k850 and two of them has had to send it back. one had to send it back twice, BOTH times due to the touch buttons stop responding.
thats not reliable.

SE K850 totally an excellent phone,everythings good is there but only one that make me unsatisfied is the keypad.I'mm saying by no mean it was not good but when we play games,using camera,or typing message over controlled-causimg malfunction for the keypad...briefly to the all SE K850 purchasier, please handle with care!!!

I have a SEK850i it is good and am liking it.there is only one problem - It doesnt accept internet settings from my service provider(ZAIN Zambia). so i dont use the internet.is there any one who experienced this? and how they solved it.

kunle, 04 Dec 2008k850i is a nice phone with a very sharp camera i luv everyt... moreFor the battery problem, just update your firmware to RIFA. Then the battery should hold up for 4-5 days. Mine 19% left battery can last for 12 hours. (including music and video playback + 10 camera shootouts)
For games, you can try downloading them from this website:www.myk850.lasyk.net/ After downloading, just send the whole application to your phone. (Don't extract the content).
Lastly, for the message barred problem. It is due to your SIM card. Some SIM card cannot send SMS but can make calls. Thus, just switch a SIM card and it should be fine.

"if it's not the camera, then what it is?". well, you answered the question. Anyway, just adding to SE k850i review, it has a very wide screen. I enjoyed playing tennis in a wide perspective out than my old phone (k750i).

k850i is a nice phone with a very sharp camera i luv everything about the phone but the problem is the battery,its doesn't stay long.secondly i ve been trying to down load game to my phone through a web site call www.waptrick.com its says application failed, i don't know what really cause it.n any time i send text message through it its says message barred

sam, 03 Dec 2008is it annoying to use the button on it since the 4way navig... moreIts ok. The keys are not difficult to use rather its the D-pad itself that's difficult to use at first but you get used to it. Its easy to mistaken key 5 as confirmation press of the D pad but it matters not since key 5 is used to confirm in many games anyway.
If you have big thumb like me the D pad may get in the way when using keys 2 and 5.

K850i has the Xenon Flash, 3LED For video'ing - C902 only LED
2.2 inch display - C902 has 2.0 inch
dual memory card slot - C902 just has M2
Touch sensitive buttons - C902 has 8 of them
K850i has more to offer also nicer design - so K850i is the one you should get, but its up to you
