my screen stopped working after only about 7 months of purchase. It was brand new when I got it. This problem aside, I think it has a great camera, the music needs more volume..

I have had 5 of these handsets they all freeze or just hang and alot of the time the swiych themselves off!!! i am wondering if i will ever again ge anothe SE.....

H!, I have this K850i no, I hav problem w/ LCD replacement..my original LCD works but not fine..I'm currently replacing it but the replacement is not suitable,no light at all..can anyone suggest an LCD brand??thanks

This is a very good phone, excelent camera and sound, but for your origin (china) its very bad quality of software.

Hi friends i bought this phone when it launched. from the time to till now. the phone have a problem . its keep in restarting. most of the time its happening when using google maps.

Irfan, 27 Jan 2010How do i fix my touchpad problem??Touchpad is as hardware problem and needs to be replaced, preferably by an authorized repair center because it is really complex within... If you've ever taken apart a digital camera, you'll know what i'm talking about :)

Great phone... Touch pad went dead but was repaired by SONY ERICSSON within 3 days... The camera takes EXCELLENT night photo's due to the xenon flash, however, during the day, pictures go blurry irrespective of auto-focus if you don't play around with the settings... but once mastered, you can pass as a professional cyber-shotter ;-) I have this phone for over two years and I'm still loving it... This was my first Sony Ericsson ever, but certainly not the last... any suggestions on an upgrade :-? will be appreciated :-D

lcd has gone twice for reapairs,camera mechanism dead too..keypad died once...great fone with these issues..poor sony..loved it but with all this its just too much

friends with all regards to the maker and SE dont buy the phone, i buy this one everything is fine ut one day me my self found that the lcd of the phone is so easy to brake, even if u take care of this phone, swear .... it has happen to me and my fiends here in indonesia

whats its music play time?Mine has fantastic standby time like 12 days but when play music it quickly eat up battery. I don't think mine will play music for more than 5 hours.Any suggestions

Would it be possible to play Dix .avi file in this phone? If yes, then what s/w I need to install? and from which web site? Are there any freeware available? Thanks for advising.

I love my k850, have it nw 4 more than 2yrs and only problem i had was the keypad coming lose and i just upgraded to the satio but i'll neva get rid of my k850
