How do i fix my touchpad problem??

I have this phone for almost 2years.
Until now i had only one problem with te touchpad, whitch war resolved in waranty.
A year ago i update the firmware, and since then it works great!(the upgrade fixed some bugs)
This is the best phone i ever had. Simple design, nice display, great camera, good software and excellent battery.

ABLI, 22 Jan 2010I have used this phone for 9 months now.To say the truth is... morewe have the same thing happened to our K850i. i eventually trade it up for a N82.

LOL..had bought it for only 10$ at jan 2010
just flashing it software and it's done
flashing often, thats surely no problem for sony.

Great phone,great cam., 10 stars for him. Sony Ericsson camera fon is the best choice.

I have used this phone for 9 months now.To say the truth is very gud fone the big problem it freezes and hangs often,I flashed it 3 times and repaired 2 times by updating.Suddenly this Jan 010 the phone works but whenever you touch a keypad.any key,the display goes off,but the activity continues in the background,after sometimes the dispay comes back but if u touch the keypad it goes off again.I don know whats a problem.Any body can help me how to solve it!Please help me out!

I am not certain on how things are handled in your country but on our place if you've lost your proof of purchase, your warranty is void. Although if you have friends in the industry, it does make a difference...

I've used mine 4 over 1 year now, i want 2 go 4 the experia x1 but i'm sore afraid of loosing my k850. She's neva given any probs. This is one of sonyeric's best til date

I've had this phone for a year now, real disapointment, all i've experienced was endless problems, i stay in south africa and i was a sony fan all my life but after this phone i hung up my gloves...

this is really a nice phone. once i got this last year i never thought of another phone that would replace this. But i had a problem once when the keypad got a little crazy two months after i bought it. but got fixed anyway with warranty. it hasn't been broken ever since.
i like the resolution, touch screen, motion sensor, sound quality, cool themes, and the oh so cool camera. very nice. the D-pad can be a little fuzzy at first but you'll just get used to it (and play WTA tennis very effectively soon enough). and the battery area is kinda innovative -- i'm a bit tired of those phones which you have to remove the entire back casing to get the memo card, battery, etc. very very very comfortable to use. sleek.
to those who have phones like this, just don't play too much games, and don't ever wet the phone if you want a longer life for it.

i want to ask if the video recording also got image stabilizer function?because i was looking for a cameraphone to be used as an onboard cam. for my bikes during trackdays...5Mps sufficient enough for now i think...what do you all think?
