Advantages using Nokia N95 over SE K850i-
Wireless LAN, Bigger screen size, excellent user interface- thanks to symbian o.S., TV out, Dual slide design, better camera quality- Overall in all modes, Superb audio quality due to double sided speakers, Superb video quality thanks to 16 M colors ,Inbuilt RAM and Processor which is missing in SE,3.5 MM Audio jack, style, looks
Advantages of SE over Nokia N95- Less expensive, Xenon flash , smaller.

Not only GSM arena but whatever you will find in comparison to both of this,just read 10 times. You will find N95 camera is best that K850i and in normal comparison N95 is too far from K850i. Read it 10 times. One more thing, I have both the handsets, and both are on 02 contract. I will never forgive my self for buying this K850, that to for 35 pounds p.m. Xenon flash is not everything. And you are talking about Xperia , let that handset come to market first then compare it. HTC also, its an PDA! so normal human being will not compare Smart phone with PDA. You said K850 is better in speed than N95. Do you know N95 8GB has inbuilt processor and RAM, which is missing in K850i ? Tomorrow I will compare HTC shift with N95 ! Their is no comparison as both are different type of mobiles. PDA and Smart phones.

I´VE USED K700, K750, K790, AND now I WAS using a K850, the new model K850 is completely slow! I have 500 contacts in my phonebook and when I try to find someone it´s very very very very slow, belive-me!
It takes at least 4 to 5 seconds to find some name with te letter "S" for example.

Really king of all(N95) sorry worst of all has a poor battery life so you are saying it's a king..common.....dont make me laugh...
Regarding camera Worst(king) of all(N95) produces absolutely un-natural colors when compared to K850..
Worst of all(N95) doesnt have xenon flash no way to compare it with K850..
Your King(Worst) N95 deads with huge amount of data..where K850 works amazing fast....even with gigs of data....
Saving photos while shooting with the camera is absolutely slow and i have ever seen a phone that performs such worse..in saving of photos...
And you are calling it as smartphone,King etc...better look at HTC diamond and Xperia to know how a smartphone should be....dont call N95 as smartphone better call it as WorstPhone!!!

5 megapixel camera, 16x digital zoom, natural color rendering, and built in xenon flash plus three additional LED flashes for video recording an AF illuminator. In camera mode the keypad is differently lit so the user can easily find the camera shortcut buttons (view mode, thumbnail view, selftimer, flash).
In common with the K810, a program called Photo Fix and Face Warp is bundled with the K850. Users can easily increase the brightness and the contrast of the photo.
Video recording is QVGA (320×240) @ 30 frames per second. (K800 QCIF (176x144) @ 15 fps.) Supports Image and Video Stabilizer so videos and photos taken would be less likely to appear blurred and shaky.

Ive just recieved this phone as an upgrade, ive used nokia and SE each time as upgrades. Nokia always looks good on paper, but after using them for a while they get up your nose. SE seem to be way much more fun...HOWEVER! after opening the K850 box and getting excited i began to use it and felt like commiting suicide! The keypad is absoloutely horrendous! What idiot designed the keypad. Phone features are awesome but that will not overide your disgust in this phone. I rang my network provider after an hour of practising with the keypad, and explained my situation, the customer service chap agreed with me and said it was a common complaint, i am now being sent the recently released C902, fingers crossed, ill let you guys know.

My K850i fell today for the second time!!!!!!
on Sand and Tarmac, its abit scratched only the screen but thanks to the Mineral Glass its FINE!!
nothing wrong with it..thank you SE
and now the C905 has been unveiled
this is getting better and better

great phone, great pictures and great sound quality. touch buttons a bit annoying but you learn to live with it!

my phone "almost" got BROD. there's this time that my phone is idle and i noticed that the keypad is lit and also the "blue ring" around the camera lens. i checked if my camera was open but my phone won't react when i'm pressing the keys. i just turned off the phone and i was able to restart it. at that time, i have no idea what BROD is.
anyway, when a k850i is "infected" by BROD, can it be FIXED by Sony Ericsson (reflashing/reprogramming) OR can only be fixed by DaVinci Team/ KK? i'm worried about this sh*t.
off topic: I bought my phone a crystal case. When I use the camera with flash, the pics are BRIGHTER. the case might be helping the xenon reflect the light to the subject. hehe.. it works perfectly fine for me.

But someone here at this forum told me a simple blow to solve those problem.Very much Anoying at the first time.....just change the camera setting.Dont set the camera in auto mode.Adjust camera setting with the Environment properly.
Then the significan result will appear.
So you dont need to slap yourself.Just understand the thing in your hand, feel it,love it.Theres gonna be an enlightment for you then.

Shayn, 16 Jun 2008dat review lol... Did u try both the k850i and n95 8GB wit... moreshayn if you want a phone that plays games why dont you buy a psp or a game boy. poor logic.

Anonymous, 16 Jun 2008ok you K850i lovers, do one small test for me with your han... morewell if you look at the 5 megea-pix phones review on on phone arena you will find that your beloved n95 was fourth out of six. the k850 bet it. the only phones it beat out was the samsung g800 and the viewty.in the night time test the n95 was dead last so dont try to say it has a better flash. it may have more bells and whistles but just becuase you thro the biggest mega-pix camera n a phone doesnt mean it will perform. the k850 is a dedicated camera phone not just a phone with a camera.
