@Dani
I think you mean the i-mobile 902. It's a completely different company, based in Taiwan (I think).
5MP, interpolated to 8MP (pretty useless) CCD sensor, Xenon flash, and more. Basically the god of camera phones.
I don't like it because of the small screen. A 2.7 inch WVGA (480x864) BRAVIA screen is the only thing I will look at now. =]

@lonestar
The normal sensor that in present in MOST cameraphones is the CMOS sensor. The reason for this is because CMOS consumes far less power than a CCD, and at the same time the physical size of the CMOS is much smaller and compact to be fit into a mobile phone than a CCD sensor.
That's why they put CMOS instead of CCD, even after neglecting the more expensive price of the CCD.
CMOS itself is used in a lot of digital cameras today and even some DSLRs. CCD sensors are for the more.. professional imaging and photos, used in cases such as digital photography and astronomy (particularly in photometry, sensors, medical fluoroscopy, optical and UV spectroscopy and high speed techniques such as lucky imaging). Basically, it gives much more detail in a picture than a CMOS would.
I'm not too good with all that optics information, but whoever posted it on Wikipedia sure knows their stuff, and you should look at it. ^__^
If you want an example of a CCD sensor in a mobile phone, check out the i-mobile 902. I would have gotten that one if not for the too-sexy SO905iCS. =D
If you want to read up about the i-mobile 902 and its specs.. it's crazy.
